Fuck, that didn't go as I hoped.
Nice opening by Luci, but HerO lost it when he couldn't deal with all the Ghosts..
I hate how much better scan/snipe is than obs/feedback. 15 Ghosts can walk through a storm no problem, but if you stack up HT's like that all it takes is one EMP and they're useless.
Edit: I think HerO was trying to set up a Cannon wall in the middle, as that is far more reliable than obs vs like 6 OC+Vikings..

Protoss could really use some mobile ground detection.. Feedback range buff would be extremely helpful, but I'm not sure if that's the right direction to take.

Sending out HerO again would be bad, if HerO wants to play another macro game. HerO will only win if he does a 1-2 bases all-in.
