It was close in WoL, but now there's medivac boost, and the fungal nerf! Innovation will win 4-0! Stop it. Jesus.
Symbol is smiling in a corner.
Anyway I think people saying innovation can't loose are kinda blind. Symbol is not a noob, he's in the Ro4 goddammit. And from what I saw, Innovation is nearly godly in macro gamges, but I don't saw him repeal that many cheeses, and the last time someone did one (last game vs roro), he didn't looked invincible. And Symbol looks to have mastered all the possibles cheeses in ZvT, so the outcome is not as certain as it seems...

Meh, this is a shitty map for late game PvZ. But let's see what he can do.

oh well, sounds like both games sOs' execution wasn't good enough to make his strategies work. Let's hope he is able to do it better now for a good series

Another fast 3rd while Soulkey takes a fast 4th. What's happened to SoS? Why try to play so standard?
He's going to be ripped apart, again.

Terran and Zerg have been winning everything given equal competition... Do you remember early 2012? When Squirtle, PartinG, Rain and Seed shined? I agree SC2 Protoss is like BW Terran. If you want to play macro, if have to figure out ALL the timings your opponents can send to you. And as HOTS is a pretty new game, it'll take some time before we see protoss shining.. Terran won the most in BW, and PvZ was borked until the Forge expand was discovered. Terran was not optimal during the reign of the six dragons and when that guy dominated afaik. Six dragons era existed only because the maps were basically designed to give protoss an advantage lol...

His macro is not Bomber level, and micro is not MKP-primetime level, but he knows what to do at all times and knows how to control the game in sick ways. Strongest terran, but I don't see the "unfairness" like when Bomber just has more stuff cause fuck you, or when the micro of a terran just fuckin overcomes the stupidest odds (not because of shitty play from a Z or P)
Soulkey just reads games insanely well. Fuck, it almost blows me away. bomber could not even compete in a much more skillfull game when he wasnt 24+y old. no his macro is not comparable to bogus, i dont know where you would get that idea

I'm just saying, it honestly feels like P is the worst race based on results. You can either do all-ins or tired old builds that have been figured out by now, and in a BO match between two prepared players, like in GSL, there's almost no way you can win against good players, whereas T and Z have pretty reliable fallback builds. The winner-stay all-kill format in GSTL and proleague can make for one-off gimmicky games, but otherwise no dice.

Second game was just a bad strategy. 1 VR, 1 collosus (without range), 2 sentry and some zealots, won't hold 20+ roaches and endless lings streaming in, no matter how you execute it.

It's the 12 minute mark, sOs: "You haven't yet killed my army. Here. take it."

What the hell actually. What.
