But the games and the players made it more fun, not where they were from. but isn't foreigner standing up to korean as the massive underdog also a good story? i reckon it is that last game was a trainwreck from squirtle sigh

I cheer for fantastic games when it is Korean versus Korean and I cheer for underdog college student americans when they play Koreans. I appreciate both fantastic play and the home team, especially since they don't even overlap all that often (in my case). yeah i was just generalising, that's what i do too (i.e. who i cheer for is similar to you). i generally will root for the foreigner over korean unless it's a korean i like or a foreigner i dislike haha
I always cheer for the guy that expands more :D of course Zerg get a -1 because they basically start with 2 bases.

Isn't it well known that Koreans HATE losing to foreigners pretty much above all else? I don't buy that they underestimate them at all. Ryung and Heart either played greedy or made some mistakes and Suppy took advantage of them.
