I think TLO will surprise us all with some crazy innovative play. He's the kind of player who invents strategies, for better or worse, but with such a new game I think he will do well. It seems teamliquid has prioritized their HOTS training as well.

so awesome to see everybody loves the shit out of MVP. he used to be a player who was way more accomplished/good than popular (although to be fair with how hard he dominated it would've been difficult for almost anybody to be appropriately popular), but now people have come around it seems.

I'm bit scared for mvp, he is awesome player, but his wrists issues + lack of practise can really make difference here. On the other hand, Grubby has insane amount of Hots experience. I expect him to advance.

Pretty sure many of his fans are from his Season 2 victory. Who doesn't love a broken, underestimated champion rising back to glory? And though everyone called his play 'boring' back in 2011, I'm pretty sure everybody realizes now how much he determined TvX more than anyone else.

Mvp became a lot more popular when he was broken/Terran sucked.

During his reign of terror, people bitched about TvT and were happy when MMA finally beat him at Blizzcon.

I'm a gigantic MVP fan and have been since he won his first GSL but it might be a slight exaggeration to say he deserved all his wins. For example in GSL January 2011 his second game against Nestea on Shakuras... I think that game was blatant Terran/map imbalance.
