Not really. And even if that was the case it is impossible to know without map hack like we have on. Muta play in zvp is extremely fragile. Get caught by one storm or one blink and you are often completely dead unless you were already in a winning position. The right way to play muta is carefully. If it really was that easy to mass muta and win why don't more zergs do it? Because it is a risky strat that takes skill and most top-level protoss are pretty good at countering. Curious played well in both games (even if the first game was boring as hell).
Theres also the problem of it being hard as hell to safely transition out.

What's wrong with you Tsubbi =(
Did hellbats break you?
Oh god.
Zerg will be suffering during the beginning of HotS. Hellbats will be destroying them.
Zerg are the weakest in HotS now. Quite ironic.
History repeating
Yeah, so it looks like Zerg is gonna QQ for a year, get told to l2p throughout, and then when the tables turn the other 2 races will whine like mad. I'll enjoy it a second time, no matter what race I play lol.
So much more enjoyable than having a balanced game...

Not true, it just shows that parting sux against muta's 2-0 well done curiousm he studied his opponent well
I'd say Parting has one of the best muta defenses of all toss players. Don't judge his skills based on just that game, often he defends his 3 bases flawlessly, drops HT and cannons and just kills his opponent. Harder on Whirlwind though^^
Harder still to storm drop and defend with storm when you cancel your templar archives.

Why are you doubting Taeja and MC before they even play =(
I can totally see MC winning. But Taeja against Soulkey? Soulkey's ZvT is just brilliant. Even without Zerg being favored overall against Terran, I would put him way above Taeja.

This will be the first time since I discovered GSL that I will stop at this stage and skip the semi finals and final. Good thing hots is just around the corner.
I actually think MC will go to the finals. You dont want to miss it

Its a massive buff lol.
Erm, it is a buff. Remember how the phoenix got a range upgrade in WoL? And how everyone said it was shit? It's exactly the same buff in HotS (a second time)

If Sage would be controlling those phoenixes, the mutalisks would be gone!
Well, that's what I wonder. I was seriously impressed when I saw his game, but : - Gowser is no Curious - HotS buff of no HotS buff?
So its still a buff right? and you can still get the range upgrade from fleet beacon.
Yes, they get 1 extra range in hots and they have an upgrade to still get 2 extra range.
They can now outrange mutas without an upgrade. But Mutas also move faster and have higher regen, so it evens out pretty much.
No, is worse. Cose if Z still getting away banking 1500 gas and already eco lead (like with the brilliant WoL design), and the P don't go for air, then with the new mutas, is insta death.
