I find that the open space makes it easier to hold 2 base all-ins, and the distance is more or less the same given the fact that the rocks would still be there on the other side. You can also spread creep from the main to connect it. then if the game goes normal you expand on the normal side and sac the weird expo if you have to. | ||

The 10pool sets the protoss back exactly the way a 6pool would, except the zerg economy is much stronger. If the forge was on the low ground, I'm pretty sure they could complete that wall in time against a 10pool (if they scout), but not with a forge in the main. | ||
