TargA is still norwegian, violet living in USA doesn't make him american.
When he's spent all of his career at SEA he's a SEA player.
That works also for foreigners on korea ? Can we say TLO is korean now ?
You belong to the region you've trained for the majority of your career imo so if a foreigner has spent all of his career in Korea I consider him a Korean.

You can determine a player however you want this is just me, I consider the Norwegian targa who's only been in SEA a SEA player the same way I thought jinro as a Korean since he's only ever trained and played in Korea.

Of course nationality is all mighty. If you are born in X you will always represent X. Nothing more to it.
Obviously a lot of players(including football/hockey/tennis/whatever) move due to different reasons. May it be practice partners, team engagements, trainers or family - the players still represent their home country in international competition.

You underestimate the laziness of ESPORTS.
I'm having troubles with flash and stuff on firefox it seems (youtube being slow, can't open multiple streams and full screen bugged) so checking out four streams at once can be hard!
