We know you don't like Idra already. But thanks for whining.

Good luck in WCS... oh wait, you didn't make it.

Ignoring what you think of Goswser, is what he's saying actually correct? Obviously that would unfair if it was true.

I believe that the winner of IdrA-Major will win the tournament. Both are riding on crazy momentum right now.

seriously? that`s your theory?

lol
.
Not a theory. I'm at the event, and friends with Suppy. Him and team EG were shown the WCS bracket 2 hours before the event started, while everyone else didn't know their opponent until 10-15 minutes before it began. As for whining, Illusion and others were annoyed too.

im going to go out on a limb here and say thats not the clearest description of the story, because you and idra arent exactly chums

...and if it were that they had a special EG pass to let you see a whole hour and a half early, gee thats game winning and helps to see who their first round opponent is and then what? prepare builds against the entire bracket?
Remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

Are you seriously suggesting that Idra is doing well in the tournament because he knew he was against Stalife earlier than you knew you were against Vibe?

Oh well, thats fucked up.

But your theory is still weird. Idra had easy first round opponents in stalife and Maker. He should always beat them.
And I doubt he could predict his loser bracket opponents.
I don't see how he could profit from seeing the bracket there. (Suppy could with difficult first round opponents)

Obviously seeing the bracket 2 hours before a tournament won't let you create strategies from scratch for your opponents. It can't completely explain why Idra has done well. In fact, the biggest advantage is probably psychological.

Still, it is unfair, and it shouldn't happen. Everyone above me seems to be pointing out that it's not a tremendous deal, and not mentioning that it's undoubtedly unfair and should never happen.

Frankly, you should be thanked for bringing it up.

4 people should play for 2 spots.
Vibe and Scarlett are already qualified and placed in top 8.

But there were 7 spots, so it would be top 9, so just one spot?

I'm going to agree, something tells me it's something like an EG rep asking for the bracket and seeing it, when anyone could've asked for it. Considering MLG isn't very organized (we still having issues with the open bracket?), it's more like the information is available but not easily visible. Maybe you should've asked, goswser.

I'm not that impressed and it is clear you have a bone to pick. I doubt it made that big of a difference. Killing his own hatch didn't phase Idra either.

It had 7 earlier, I think it updated once Scarlett and Vibe made top 8.

Your intuition is terrible. No it was not available, and no, me asking wouldn't have told me anything. Maybe you should listen to someone who is actually at the event andn stop being an idiot. And me and idra are not chums, but that isn't the point and has nothing to do with what I am saying. Obviously it isn't game changing against Stalife, but that isn't the point. My other post was just taking a shot at idra by the way.

But on topic:
Good hellion defense.
Major doesn't so much win with mech as with hellions.

Apparently you're getting a lot of hate from forum posters. Honestly I have no idea why. Thanks a bunch for the information.
