Everyone is right. Cheating is definitely a concern, which is why we only allow official obs when the games are played and why we move to a cast-from-replays format during the TLOpens. But it is also more convenient for the players, and allows us to schedule it so that the conditions are as good as we can get for everyone. It also means if there is lag we can resolve it/delay the match etc. Essentially its all about creating the fairness and most convenient format for the players.

Regarding SaSe, I don't know I didn't schedule anything this week.

Sometimes a player needs to hide his strat/cheese for longer than 2 mins.

There are some very well known players who got caught cheating, they are now playing and enjoying admiaration of the comunity. Its not "no strike You are out policy", and really if You dont get how much of advantage stream cheating would get You (especially on this level of play) then onve again, tough luck for You dude. Nothing to add.
