Are any of these games live or are they all replays?

A9818 sensor, still has the inconsistent acceleration issues, but PCS and MR are pretty good.

Just thought about this, anyone else feel like the hype for TSL4 is lackluster compared to TSL3 ? Most of players didn't even get interviews, some of the koreans didn't none of the points qualified player did and so on, in my opinion this is one of the main reason why TSL3 had 50k viewers and TSL4, 15k (obviously this isn't the main reason, but I'm sure it played a part)

Great game by Major ! Gogo comeback ! Pull a Seed !

I'd say the main reason is there are less casual fans who only tune in for major events like MLG. It also helped that TSL3 was the very first major tournament that had Koreans participate against foreigners on a large scale.

Yep, completely different situation now.

Because they are more mobile and protect against mutalisks.

But there was no muta tech, and he should have known that since he ran his hellions every which way around the Zerg base.

They are still more mobile.

Than unsieged tanks?

Thor are great in general against roaches.
People forget that but Thor ground dps is one of the highest in the game.

No, Thor single target DPS is high, but actually two unsieged tanks do more DPS vs roaches than 1 thor.

I think Thor ground DPS actually is the highest in the game.

Crackling are still doing more afaik.

They do more per supply yes, but I think for a single unit Thor does the most DPS.

Almost 20k viewers for Day 1, I'd say that's pretty good with WCS Nordic going on.

Also there aren't as many fan favourites in this tournament, not many people are invested in hyun vs major compared to say TLO vs nada.

HyuN is so paranoid of 2 Rax right now. Would suck to lose a map like that when so ahead.

I feel like I said that wrong, it's more like why TSL3 was one of the best SC2 tourny of all time, production value, hype etc, and TSL4 is not that impressive yet.

Having a few Thor is still kind of great.
They had versatility.

I feel like after all these amazing 3 day events and GSLs regular live broadcasts watching replays of the same players just seems odd.

5 upgraded thors will go to town on an overlord clump. Thors will work as a stopgap against brood lords. Thors will absorb a shitton of roach damage as well as doing halfway decent damage to augment the real meat of the tanks.

You can't really go mech and just skip thors or else the second game happens.

I didn't say he should skip thors, I just didn't see the point in getting Thors immediately after roasting 60+ drones and Spire tech not being out.

Major has been catching the overlords constantly, not getting them though TT
