That is YOUR opinion.

DRG is stronger overall player, but the class S micro from Nani always shows off interesting games.

compare that serie to Seed vs Symbol. Look at the builds/decision making from Seed. Watch Nani's game plan.

Frankly, if DRG keeps playing like he did in this series, both MC and Seed should be able to stomp him easily. Symbol played way better yesterday than DRG did today, and still lost.

There are several options: DRG play bad, as simply as that, or he got cocky or he had trouble vs Nani's build. The last one doesn't seem true since he did quite well against the 2b 4gate, so he has to step up if he wants to beat MC.

last one is obviously true if you watched game one, Naniwas build would completely throw off every timings hes ever known so took a couple games to get completely used to it, if he had experience against that build Game 1 would ahve looked like game 5

There is no source. It's a bullshit lie. There has never been a neutral depot there.

That's not GSL_Metropolis.

It's funny because that link is actually the wrong version of the map <_<

John's twitter has already said there were no neutral depots on the GSL version of the map...

Either way they screwed up at some point.

Clearly, because he's a foreigner who used to be BM and 7 probe rushed Nestea this one time, and even though he has become much more humble (comparatively) and respectful (definitely) of his opponents, he is just a bad allin foreigner protoss who can't actually hang with koreans and gets by through a combination of luck and his opponents derping. It's not actually his own skill level - if his opponents played like they would against any normal korean, he would easily be Code B.

Sorry i can't resist.

"Haters.... haters everywhere" !

Seriously, making back to back Code S Ro8 and being kicked by MVP the first time and DRG the second time is completely code S level.

Indeed. Dude was just making crap up to try and cause drama that isn't there.

Can someone find me some games from this season to see if they have been using different versions all season or have they just been stealth changing it.

I just looked at the VoD for Seed vs. Symbol, there is NO neutral supply depot.

Just to clarify- Naniwa had great micro, but terrible unit control. Those are two different things. His untis didnt move together, didnt split well, he would forget parts of them (like in the last game a group of 8 stalkers sat after warp in and didnt participate in the fight on the high groud), move command into armys. He had terrible control of his units that was almost overshadowed by great micro.
So.. this Earth, nice planet you might say- WRONG!!

Ehh, I dunno man, DRG vT seems like he'd just roflstomp ByuN.

But hey, maybe ByuN is truly capable of pulling out God Mode and taking DRG out, I can definitely see that being the case...

Ryung borrowed a page from MMA's book and beat drg in a macro game by constant harassment and small engagements. Byun can do the same thing. But over a whole series? That'd be incredible.

At this rate Naniwa might seriously lose both of his Ro8 runs to the Champion-to-be, lol.

I actually need to quote this again because not only is that the wrong map, it's an old as hell replay as well.

I'll skip the sarcasm and say i just plain don't like the fellow even if i respect him as a good player i really dislike him as a person so cannot really root for him.. pretty much any other foreigner (aside from idra) i would be rooting for all the way in the gsl.

Well, you have to take the map into consideration, Whirlwind is ultramassive, though I can STILL see ByuN pulling the constant drop style off on some of the other maps, but probably to a reduced effect.

EDIT: DRG vs ByuN would probably make for a beastly finals, but I just... I just can't see DRG losing.

I understand why a foreigner could cheer for DRG over Naniwa, but I really don't get how you think Naniwa is boring to watch.

he doesn't fit well in bo5 series imo because he doesn't have a lot of variations in his builds + MY opinion is thathis 1g FE build isn't really interesting. ie Seed's canon rush in g5 was freaking excited because it was planned and perfectly executed instead of having Xtimes the same opening. The games are tense but not really interesting. And tension isn't enough if you're not emotionnaly involved (and i don't really care about P or Z :D)
