Format
This double-elimination tournament features 24 teams from around the world and is an All-Kill team format. This match is being played for Losers Round 3. The first team to defeat everyone on the opposing team's roster (5 wins, or a best of 9), will move on in the Losers Bracket, while the loser will be eliminated entirely. Keep in mind that this has a $20,000 prize pool, and only six teams will make it to the money!
I really want to see dizzy/mondi/mondragon play some really high tier level game. And see more of him in the future i hope he haven't given up the hope playing starcraft2. So i'm hoping for some great games from him! gl both teams btw!
good job cloud taking that game it looked a bit bad for cloud a while there. But just as casters said he had low drone count which was hard for him late game to establish a good unit combo count to fight cloud at the end. Btw nice to see paranoid playing good games live.

Couldn't understand why Paranoid just didn't take the gold early on, he had map control for a long time but chose to get the west-southwest expansions constantly.. Why not the gold and 9:00?

This build is VERY weak if you can't do damage and deny a third wioth it tho, and your upgrades are late. That's why we don't see it as often.
I thought the general build looked familiar hahahah.
Cloud seems to have some good ideas, but he really needs to work on things like positioning, micro, macro (He floated around 2.4 k minerals at around 140 supply) and such, but he seems to have the right ideas to play TvZ well.

Yeah. This game look like Polt vs Stephano from Assembly time but foreigner version. ( so a bit worse play :d )
By the way, I LOOOOVE that Cloud started to rebuild 3 tanks at a time after he killed the broodlord. So smart. Seems obvious but can be very hard to make in the flow of the game
That was a sloppy, scrappy game that I think Cloud honestly could have won if it were not for careless micro mistakes like not splitting marines and not expanding more.
Huh i thought cloud had that game won if he had just turtled a bit after killing the broods. He had a mining 4th base and must have known that nerchios eco was severly disrupted...
I think Nerchio played really well there so did cloud of course but those thors didn't work out that well imo. I'd like more drop harassment's in that game while fighting in the middle. Like taking out z important buildings or trying to hurt his economy more than he did.. he did tho snipe some hatchery's but he had pretty decent economy tho to rebuild everything quickly.

Probably because they do things like build a bunch of thors vs. crackling/infestor/bl. Nerchio also macro'd better though Cloud was obviously quite good with his multipronged harassing. Not to belittle Cloud or anything, but I feel a slightly better terran like Thorzain would have definitely won that game after the opener.

Seemed like he was going for some MC-style shenanigans, I think Socke would do very well in a macro game but I don't know. Maybe he feels that's something he needs to do on that map?
