It's just that the koreans keep winning and their foreigners keep losing. And when they signed TaeJa, he was just one of many slayers terran, with a nice record in online cups. Not the " I win everything and can't lose a match " kind of player yet. Post hoc ergo propter hoc?

if IM wins we don`t get another b09

Think these long breaks would break the winner's momentum?

So IGN's response to NASL stepping up their game was to decide to cut 80% of their event funding and hire a crew of monkeys to produce their high profile SC2 tournaments? That's certainly what it looks like.
Other than that: Fuck yeah, Taeja!

It's funnier how the person fails to make the distinction between spelling correctly and defining a word.

Damn, what if Nestea 6 pools? :p

Well, I was abit surprised about them sending Seed as starter - That's what it is, it could have been a very 'metagame' move, but then sending out Yongwha when the opponent is TaeJa, and not do a direct sniping build but a somewhat awkward 2base collossi timing, then I think one could say that the IM coach maybe could have played this out better... I dunno
But then again, if the objective was to force out TaeJa early, he succeded... Trouble is that you need to also kill him, not just lure him out

Man taeja is playing at a level no other terrans are at this moment. At this very moment in sc2, i would put him up against any one in a box series and expect him to win. Hes looked so strong in the late game in this series, i think he has to be sniped for im to win right now.

funny how no other team was really looking to get him huh?

But while Taeja was established both Hero and Zenio were sort of mediocre before they played for Liquid.I feel like Liquid helped them a lot. But yes, Liquid is not some team taking foreigners to new heights.

we need longer commercial breaks

TL came from the loser's bracket, they have to win 2 bo9's to win it its a kinda redonkolous advantage to have from winners bracket, lol. Not really. Everyone gets to lose one series. 1-2 game advantage seems more sane to me. Also think of how exhuasting it will be for the casters and players if it goes to a full 18 games, the value of the commentary and plays will go down the drain :/ 2 series is the only way double elimination makes sense.

Taeja has been a nobody before last few weeks and he's winning everything as terran... if only good players such as DRG or Losira would play terran they would be dominating cuz the race is just stupidly strong atm so even baddies can win with it

No one can take an easy 4th on that map. The middle is impossible to hold for long enough to be worth it. Any of the other bases are really far away by ground so with brood lords being so slow it's really easy to drop and kill them.
