Yeah
TaeJa holded a 6pool by Life while going CC first like ti was nothing

I'm certain it was freaky that 6 pooled, it probably failed because it didn't involve infestors.

Oh yeah, Freaky.
Life is the guy who 6pool MKP and lost.

Well, I was abit surprised about them sending Seed as starter - That's what it is, it could have been a very 'metagame' move, but then sending out Yongwha when the opponent is TaeJa, and not do a direct sniping build but a somewhat awkward 2base collossi timing, then I think one could say that the IM coach maybe could have played this out better... I dunno

But then again, if the objective was to force out TaeJa early, he succeded... Trouble is that you need to also kill him, not just lure him out

Yonghwa could have easily won that game if he had played it out better; he had 3k/3k in the bank, was maxed, had good upgrades, just made his templar tech WAY too late. If he had 2-3 storms and better control in that fight it was gg.

Fewer results than the Koreans EG has picked up, which I feel clouds mambars judgement

Pretty sure pre-Liquid TaeJa had way more results than pre-EG JYP/pre-EG PuMa

Im send seed so that Liquid had to send teaja early. since Hero isn't that good in pvp espacially when you think of code S finals. Seed is one of the players who has a good chance against Teaja and if he losses they would have alot of chances to snipe him. espacially since they know if they loose the first bo9 they get another chance

zerg has the easiest of all 3 races to get a 4th on that map

No one can take an easy 4th on that map. The middle is impossible to hold for long enough to be worth it. Any of the other bases are really far away by ground so with brood lords being so slow it's really easy to drop and kill them.

i said easiest. zerg can spines on the far away 4th and buy enough time for zerglings to get there if drop happens.

can't said the same for other races. Its borderline impossible to grab a 4th as terran or protoss unless you're exceptionally ahead. zergling runby will destroy you

The game is pretty balanced people. Just enjoy the games.

Listen, IM got to the finals with a score of 20-4 without playing Mvp or Nestea once, It's not because of bad lineup picks that TL is ahead.

The player to watch for me personally (other than TaeJa but I guess he's not surprising anyone anymore. xD) is YoDa. Is Mvp's hyping him justified? That's what I really want to know. And even if he turns out to not be this hidden god that shows up and stomps people horribly, perhaps he worked with Mvp on a sick snipe build to use against TaeJa?

We shall see.

I don't remember this game at all. To my knowledge, Life has never 6 pooled any terran before Keen in TSL4 qualifiers.

exactly, for someone like Taeja who is obviously been owning, and the only reason why Liquid is even in the finals, then you should have been preparing special all-ins and builds and trained people to specifically play him...not just send out half assed code A players to play half assed games.

I really love Taeja for being a TvZ god, but at the time i really need for him to lose so Zerg won't get buffed some more
