He went broodlords, which you really don't need if they don't have tanks. Lings/blings/infestors work well but he couldn't hold the the marines back long enough for the broodlords to really do much. | ||

When the marauder and medivac count is that high, mutas are a better option. You can force the Terran to split up his forces with a faster ling bane composition to where the mutas can harass one part of his army with too few marines. With infestors or banes, the marauders can soak up a ton of banelings and leave you screwed and medivacs can negate infestor fungal if you don't outright kill the bio force, and even then it's not expensive to replace. If Demuslim is playing it right he probably has an extra hotkey just for his marines in that bio ball so he can stim them, run back and split them while the marauders hold and soak up all the damage cost effectively. The other option is sprint like a mad man to broodlords, which Ret kinda did, but lost all of his infestors so he was screwed without a stable 4th. | ||
