as good as these protoss players look, esports lore says that they're gonna have to wait till autumn

That game was interesting and for the most part I enjoyed it. However, most of the other games of his I've watched have been giant borefests. I'm not QQing about balance or anything I'm just saying his style of play is very boring to watch.

What do ya know.. another toss advancing hmmmmm

The road is open for mma now..Nada looks awful and after he beats him leenock will fall apart against mma.But since round of 16 will be kinda protoss stacked i don't see mma advancing very far.He really needs to work on the matchup very seriously.

That's incorrect, actually.
Last season, you were defeated by DRG 0:3 quite handily
I made too many mistakes. I’d never been nervous since my debut match but in ro8, I was so nervous. I couldn’t defend against attacks that I should have been able to and overall, just made a lot of mistakes. Since then, my vZ had gotten worse. Also, last season, not meeting a lot of Zergs, my practice against the race was lacking. However, lately, I am practising my vZ a lot so I can win against most Zergs. I can’t say that for DRG but he’s no longer in this season. So I am glad.

(Confidently claimed to have the best PvT in the world, which I don't really think anyone can argue with)

Dual Sight ZvP hard for zerg ? Squirtle uninteresting player ? I was intrigued to see the win percentages on that map in GSL showing it as Protoss favoured. Given how insanely hard it is to hold a third base, surely the Zerg can play more safely against the almost-inevitable 2-base centric plays? I suppose knowing what's coming and stopping it are different things entirely but it's still curious.

So clearly he thinks this is the best map for ZvP out of all in the pool. It's not hard ZvP, it's a zerg favored map, that is why it was picked. Statistics tell a different story.. http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-korean/maps/499_Dual_Sight_1.1 I remamber this statistic being up before, and I think toss has won alott of games here, because they know they must 2 base allinn here, if the go 3 base they lose. Stupid of Leenock not to be ready for it, he knows that a 2 base allinn is most likely here.
Ergo: Many toss are good at 2 base allinn =)

Naw, Parting vs. Squirtle in the Finals this season.

It's autumn in Australia. I'm going to say that counts.
Actually, I'm banking on an MKP v Parting rematch in the finals. MKP might deserve that enough to take it.

It was still a good season for Protoss though with Puzzle, Parting and Genius all making it to Ro4, Ro8 and Finals respectively.
It's only a matter of time before one of these Protosses realize their destiny as next Code S champ. And judging from the recent metagame, I won't be surprised if it's this season. Protosses seem to be dominating a lot more compared to last season.

I also noticed the overabundance of QQ and lack of PEWPEW.

Read his most recent interview. He says his PvZ has deteriorated dramatically since previously. And previously was when he got 0-3ed by DRG in a really disappointing series

Domination is not only about who wins the GSL but also about the distribution of players. So far 5 out of 6 protosses advanced and 5 out of 10 terrans (with probably one more terran advancing today).
That's only about the players who already played, there are 5 more terrans and 4 more protoss playing in the next few days.

Reading this thread I can only conclude that the average IQ of starcraft 2 fans is the same as fans of other games; quite low.
