Games were good/great/ok?
This final series was great imo.
There will be whiners, but one of the top GSL finals in my book.

Cloud Kingdom is the linchpin, like TDA was in the Blizzard Cup. Whoever wins Cloud Kingdom will win the finals imo. YEAH! I got 2 maps right, but totally got the prediction of "whoever wins Could will with the GSL" wrong I'm claiming that down to the curse

So you want them to not enjoy one of the biggest moments in their collective careers to date? They can celebrate without making GSL finals look like amateur hour. I don't understand this at all. People complain koreans show no emotions. Koreans show emotion and now it's amateur hour. Every sport has this. Every competition has this. They know each other. I don't know what else there is to say. If this somehow de-legitimatizes this for you I feel like you're flying on some arbitrary high horse condemning nonsense. bumping this because I can't put it any better!

Did you listen to pros come in here and talk about how shitty they played? They wernt good. The last two were far far better. I didn't see any pros come in here and talk about how shitty the players played, but I could have missed it. Maybe those "pros" should get better and get to the GSL finals so they can show us better finals before they insult clearly superior players. I thoroughly enjoyed the finals myself, getting very very excited during the game on Crossfire. No pros opinion, or your opinion for that matter, will change that. Not sure why you want to convince people it was a bad finals, does that make you feel better? dumb comment really... You're basically saying you can't criticize or say that a player is bad if you can't play the game or be better than the said player... Sports commentators, analysts, etc. in every sports do the same thing. If I say IdrA is a bad player, it doesn't mean I'm better than him.

Chae tweeted they had 3x the number of viewers. Perhaps they could have anticipated it, but still. What would have done better was a pre-show that let people arrive in stages rather than all at once. For example: if you download a game on it's release date, it'll be slow since you join the tonnes of others downloading also. So to combat that games can now be "pre-loaded" where people can get the game earlier but not access it. Similar principle to basically giving the audience "access" before the actual show begins. And I'd love more pre-show to the finals. As it is I wish SC2 finals did what boxing matches do and have "warm up" matches. Could do something like pre-select some Code A Ro24 games to be played here because the last time they did showmatches it was a bit of a farce (though a little amusing). Still. One of my favourite finals was the Super Tournament which was preceded by the LG 3D Cinema tournament finals. That. Was. Awesome.
