Well done by Sen though, showing hes still the best Foreign Zerg next to Stephano.
He won vs a guy who's never played in the GSL 2-1 in Sen's best matchup. It doesn't really say a lot about his position.
If Idra had drawn Maka or some other weak Terran he would probably have won too.

Its funny how everytime Idra loses, the other guy did some weird allin that should never work but for some reason did. Or he just allined or cheesed, and also did not do what he was supposed to do according to how Idra think the game should be played.
Oh and of course, if Idra would have played this or that guy instead he would have rolled him so easy.
to bad that Idra always seem to play just that one guy that does that one thing that is more or less the only thing he can lose to.
Tbh Idra atm is mediocre, he loses and then his fanboys come up with a million reasons for why he lost other then the only true reason. That Idra atm just isent that good.

Koreans are excellent tournament players. They do the work on their opponent away from the matches - they clearly work hard at knowing how their opponent plays. Every match for Idra and Huk their opponent's timing was immaculate.
Foreigners need to understand that mechanics and talent alone don't win you GSL matches, you need to do work on your opponent, analyse their tendencies and exploit them. I don't think Huk or Idra have less talent or worse mechanics but when you play like a robot without adjusting your game to your opponent you're gonna get exploited and outsmarted over and over and over again.

I always said that SEn is the best foreigner out there..I actually think he is the only one who can compete with the Koreans (note, GSL is the toughest league, the MLG isnt even close to GSL), Im happy that he made the first round in Code A.
He should be able to beat Sniper too.

Didn't he say he was only planning on being Korea for a couple months, and then would "see how it goes" (my words not his). I hope Huk stays in Korea though and continues to learn and gain experience.

Is there a list of "awesome" GSL games somewhere? I paid for the whole package but I haven't had any time to watch it and I feel like I've missed a ton of great games but even with the threads on tl it's a daunting task to find all the great series that must have been played because there's so many games. A top 10 list would make it a lot more managable, it's basically the only thing I have time for anyway. T.T

that was a long time ago.....and he never played any top code s players. just mkp and mc who were not on the top at the time. he said himself if he played any slayers terrans or something he'd feel more accomplished.
