Part of what makes Koreans good is their intensive preparation before matches. When you don't prep sc2 is not mechanically difficult enough to always ensure that the better player wins. And don't even bother to mention MLG Providence where he started with a massive seeding advantage. Considering that he never changed his build against Leenock who did the same counter every game, it reasonable to assume that Naniwa was going to use the same build every game. IF he had to go through the ENTIRE open bracket like Nestea and many other Koreans did, SOMEONE would've hard countered him the same way Leenock did WAY before he made it to the finals. Also this isn't even taking into consideration fatigue. The sheer amount of games unseeded players and even lower seeded players had to go through makes endurance more important than actual skill. Yet in the end, he got rolled by a player that went through the ENTIRE open bracket, and championship bracket. If im not mistaken the mgl global was played the first day so you cant blame it on fatigue from open bracket. And mvp and nestea had loads of time to prepare for the naniwa game in the mlg global. Why would you think otherwise? They new they were playing eachother beforehand just like a code s grp. | ||

And the NBA Is the PREMIER Basketball organization in the world. If they just seeded players to garner viewers, players like Yi Jian Lian and Wang Zi Zi wouldn't have been cut. If anything they would be starters considering how big the Chinese market is. If anything considering that the GSL Is the PREMIER league in the world, they should not seed either. I can't wait till kespa takes over and makes their own league thats sustainable enough to function without having to give out free seeds. | ||
