If you don't know how to post in a live report thread by now, be advised: don't whine about game balance and don't bash players/casters/interviewers/staff/other posters. And don't start the USA USA USA!!! stuff.

The result is meaningless, since they both are already through. So they are just messing around.
Didn't that get naniwa into a lot of trouble?
Like others are saying, there's a difference between petulantly a-moving probes and taking his hands off the keyboard, and MKP/MC putting on a fun showmatch.
Sure, both are "throwing" the match, but there are different degrees, and one is a much more acceptable form of behavior than the other.
Think of it in real sports terms. Two football teams are forced to play meaningless matches (not against each other). One football team decides to "throw" its last meaningless match by sitting out and pouting. The other team decides to take 30 meter shots on the goal every chance it gets, and tries to do a lot of fancy footwork and tricks. Which team do you think will be lambasted by the media?
Prize pool doesn't determine whether a tournament is serious or not
There's a big difference between disrespectfully throwing a game and playing an awesome long game, albeit a little unconventional one.
That's such fucking bullshit. You can't control the quality of games, all you can do is create circumstances that will lead to the best games. MC and MKP playing a fake game is the exact same as Naniwa pulling 6 probes and saying fuck it. Just because you like one, doesn't make it better. If you're going to be a stickler, at least be consistent.

There's also something to be said for NaNi's method of not wasting the audiences time. Most people want to see players try their absolute best or just not play at all.

Sorry, not true. If naniwa 4 gated nestea in his thrown game, there would have been no controversy. It's how you do it that matters.

Maybe, but I get the impression that foreigners usually lack the "kill-instinct", the gamesense to know when to just counter attack and kill your opponent. Darkforce crushed several of Sound's pushes, but he sat back and did not press his advantage at all, allowing Sound to recover and continue pushing until he had a good engagement, after which the game snowballed away from Darkforce.
It also reminds me of Haypro vs MVP game 3 at Providence, where Haypro had just crushed MVP's main push, but then sat back and starting droning again (he already had like 60-70 drones), at a time when MVP had very little army, certainly not enough to defend all his bases. Once again, the lack of the "kill-instinct" led to the Korean victory.
darkforce engaged marines with mutas again and again and again.. the same in the game between dimaga and sound (i think?), things i have never seen those players do againt other foreigners.. just a-moving and hoping for the best :S

Both.
Uh, pretty sure the first will be receiving a hell of a lot more shit.
