Watch how you approach the topic of match fixing. You can speculate, saying "I'm not so sure about the finals, something doesn't sit right with me," but if you are going to outright accuse players of match fixing you need something more than your word.
TL takes match fixing/abuse seriously and as such there is a burden a proof when you are accusing players.

Same build order and everything. Yea, I used Nerchio style to I guess cause I roach all in after 16 drones.... which is a standard all in. So I guess all the Zergs in the world all have Nerchio style to use when they wanna all in. Guys (for everyone responding like you) learn to spot sarcasm... Just the same as Ling/Infestor not being the "Stephano" build. He may play that style but it doesn't mean he owns it, which is why its annoying to hear commentators like Day9 throwing it out there. I agree, ling/infestor was invented by Destiny actually. actually it was used in the beta before muta/bling came into popularity. He did not invent it. He was not the first pro player that used it. Players in the beta used similar strategies But that's not really the point. The point is that Stephano was the one that showed that this strategy was still viable against top players at this point of the game. This do not imply that Nestea surely copied him, but it is possible that Nestea reconsidered this strategy after ipl3... Considering Nestea used this exact strat and build against MVP in the ro8 of GSL a single day after IPL3 ended I highly doubt that. I highly doubt he even watched those games until after his match (if at all) he was definitely busy training to beat MVP. So what ? Stephano has been using this strat more than 2 months before IPL3, and since Nestea doesn't live in the US he should know about it. It's Stephano who invented this strategy, and showed it is viable at the highest level, noone else. Or maybe you can find a vod of someone getting a fast hive only to get adrenaline glands before Stephano ? People saying this build existed in the beta are stupid, because the game was so much different that it's simply not possible to be the same build/strategy.
haha what? because nestea doesnt live in the US he should know about the strategy?
hello logic, meet window.

And that it doesn't make for a compelling tourney.
It wasn't invite only unless you're talking about china server (due to visa problems), there were qualifiers among some REALLY good players. Admittedly, some of the qualifiers were invite only, but they were arguably the best at the time of the qualifiers for each region.

You're basically saying they should cater for people only interested in SC2 watching a FREE stream, as opposed to people that have paid however much it costs to buy a ticket to be there.

Anyone can take a game but when it comes to a BO5/7 it's 0% chance for them. All games are bo3, the only exception is the overall final where the player coming from the lower bracket has to win 2x bo3. winning two consecutive Bo3's against Nestea would be harder than winning a single Bo5 I think :/ I ran the numbers. Two consecutive Bo3's are actually easier to win. Kidding me? Seriously? What numbers did you run? Herp derp. I switched my probabilities. Anyway: Let p be the probability of Nestea winning a given set. Then the probability of a challenger winning a best of three is (2p+1)(1-p)^2, and the probability of the challenger winning two in a row is (2p+1)^2(1-p)^4. The probability of the challenger winning a best of five, however, is (1+3p+6p^2)(1-p)^3. The ratio of the former to the latter is (2p+1)^2(1-p)/(1+3p+6p^2) = (1+3p-4p^3)/(1+3p+6p^2) < 1. what kind of jibberish is this? the probability of any player winning a set no matter bo3 or bo5 is 50% given each player is equally skilled, and in this case we have that assumption. immvp has to win two coinflips to win the series, while nestea has to win one. thus, bo5 is easier than two bo3. To ad hominim here, you're an idiot. Exactly. I was channeling my inner cartman, like the fuck is this shit? o_0 That's like saying I have 50% chance to score a goal from 500 miles from goal. Either I score or I don't. Or people have a 50% chance of winning the lottery. They either do or they don't! I'm gunna be rich!
