4th game, no logical reason. He seemed like he mentally fell apart when Hasu killed his broods.
5th game, I noticed he was broke. He seems to have spent a lot of minerals into droning and making spine crawlers. I think the late 4th and super defensive play really hurt his timing, though the better option was probably to tech first and spine crawler later, then the other way around, which is what he did.

Jesus, toss whining about 1/1/1 before games even started, make a sad forum user club please.

That was more than a move >.< Ya this hasu played well. Its nice to see protosses like him going for the macro style as it really is very strong ^_^. A lot stronger then people give it credit for. I'm happy for a protoss win but I really don't see what Hasuobs did so well those last two games. He just went in with the mindset of "I won't do anything to win the game, but wait for my opponent to lose it". Maybe it works vs Dimaga but it doesn't do anything to show the skill that pro gamers are capable of.
I don't think you give him enough credit for game 4. His army movement was very nice, the constant poking on both sides of the maps and really favourable engagements on the cliffs. Plus, he was already on 5 Nexi, his macro was off the charts. And to the point when Dimaga did not remake units fast enough, the game was over at this point anyway.

Winner of this has a 99.9% chance to take the tourney

Dimaga had an early 3rd and had a massive economy advantage - but still lost? How did he have a massive economy advantage? Why do all people in this thread keep saying this? Hasu was maxed @16min with superior tech. And Dimaga didnt have a lot banked up at that point. Hasu takes always a quick third and therefore has a pretty good economy. Agreed. Rotterdam even said during the game that Hasu was nearly even on harvester count throughout the game, he chrono'd out +3 attack and had a maxed protoss army with a better comp.
Yeah, good point. I can only presume that Dimaga let his macro slip that game while Hasu was on his and presumably chrono-ing out those probes. An early 3rd means little if it is not saturated. However, with that kind of early lead, I would have imagined a massive Zerg army knocking down Hasu's doors around about the 10 - 12 minute mark. I guess that's what I expected, and it never happened.

I don't think MrBitter understands that JYP trained with Puma a while ago, back when Puma was on TSL still.

puma's hair looks a little more lurid than usual... not entirely sure if its a good stylistic choice by him

Roach play just doesn't put enough pressure on the opponent on certain maps. July may have something to say about that though. I believe that you're absolutely right. Mutas are also the only way to deal with wrap prisms, which for some reason hasuobs didn't use, but they're amazing.
+3 crackling drops are also phenomenal, as are +2 bane drops before that.
This obviously can't work on most maps though. TDA is amazing for this because of the exposed natural and long walking distance from 3rd to main and from main to main. Terminus should be fine as well, but maps like xelnaga caverns and metalopolis are pretty bad for mutas.
