Still he has basically lost vs a bunch of code S in Korea while Puma has lost vs Mana.

Elfi's style is pretty passive, so it doesn't require a very high APM anyway, still very impressive games from him.

I think we have our sickest nerd baller from finland this time! gogo elfi!

Judicator's Picks Revival > Idra elfi > Strelok Dimaga > HasuObs JYP > Puma

this bracket is rigged, I'm almost sure ...^^
3 players with 6-0 stats, too early to call out a nerdballer
|
I agreed completely w/ IdrA's assessment of his play during the interview with Mr. Bitter last night, played really well, just had some minor hiccups that caused him to go 1-2. This being the case, I'm going to stick with what I was thinking originally for how this shakes out:
1 - Puma 2 - Dimaga 3 - IdrA 4 - Strelok
Side note though, I'm not completely certain Dimaga will make finals as his run will be tougher than people give credit, Hasuobs and Strelok/Elfi are no slouches but I feel fairly confident he'll get there. A Dimaga vs IdrA finals would be interesting too.. though likely impossible.

With the recent change of the in-game apm calculation, jinro's APM in the game in shakuras was lingering at around 110 in the end, while elfi's apm was at around 80 or so, meaning the difference is not that high

PuMa is the only exceptional Korean Terran he's beaten. It's not like he's constantly beating people MC wouldn't, and MC has superior winrates. He doesn't play enough of them to call him best in the world.

man i love hasu, but if he beats dimaga then puma wins the tourney, i think the only person who has a chance against puma is DIMAGA

First of all I think you have to look at gameplay rather than results judging players from different scenes but if we're going to go into the results Mana has also beat both Rain and Thorzain recently who both are sort of TvP specialists.
Thorzain has beat MC, Hero, Huk, Naniwa etc. and Rain has beat Naniwa, Hwangsin and Genius most recently. Mana seems to be the only Protoss in the world who isn't struggling in PvT, even the Protoss hopes like Sage and JYP seem to have pretty shaky PvT.

Every time PuMa lost vs MaNa was in games that didn't matter. When there's actual $$$ on the line for him it's a complete roflstomp 99% of the time.

Yeah Thorzain beat MC like 6 months ago. Too bad in their most recent meeting MC 2-0ed him. We all know how MC vs Rain would go. Of course he's not struggling in PvT, he's not in the place where all the good terrans are durr(Korea). Sure he might face 1 or 2 decent Koreans but if MC just played in foreign tournaments you wouldn't say he's struggling in PvT either.

How might it be possible to get the interface font the casters are using?
... Go Idra!

I don't get why they start tourney so early each day, it's just impossible to watch for european players. If they would start like 3-4 hours later then it would be great for everyone.
