Many people complained about the old format. Personally I think this new format is much better.
The old format gave all Code S players a chance to retain their spot. Now they don't really have much a choice because of two guaranteed promotions (Code A + MLG winner) and time constraints. I'd agree that this is a decent format that serves its purpose.

Yeah I'm not a fan either, but calling code A hell is funny. MKP just isn't a solid well rounded player at the moment.

No, if Taeja wins he's just guarenteed Code S. JYP has to win to guarantee himself a tiebreaker spot (either a 3way tie for 2nd, or a 5way tie depending on whether viOlet wins or not)

They call the Code A qualifiers hell.

Really? Go watch the metalopolis game between july and mvp, besides some early pressure to force some lings terran is just fine by sitting back and dropping. Both can be done easily while expanding. Also let's just say terran goes 1/1/1 against P and for some reason toss survives, it was 1 base and pretty all inish, so you'd think t would be behind, but they are not and thanks to the nature of addons and terran makro mechanics in this game, terran can easily transition into a normal makro game.
