i just can talk for myself. and i hate EG.
When someone like EG decides to do things their way, i decide to express my feelings about it on my way.
In Football we say: Money doesnt score goals. And in Starcraft, Money doesnt win Tournaments.

Why are you guys arguing about English? It has the most retarded rules most of the time... are you surprised by "an" being proper?
Edit: at times

Where does all the hate come from? Sad thing. Also Acer.Nerchio hhhhwwwaaaiiitinnnggg! Probably from big dislike of EG ? Which is frankly thanks mostly to terrible PR of EG. They are good at getting sponsors, but terrible at community PR. It's really not only PR, it's the whole nature of their organization and attitude of people in charge (as well as some players). I still don't hate HuK on a personal level at all, I think he made a relatively naive decision and I'm somewhat hurt as a fan, but I don't see him as "the enemy". However, I can't wish success to anything EG related. Only failure will (maybe, hopefully) humble them and make it clear to them that the way they do things is wrong.
A naive decision? This is how the market works. Hes a good player, he works hard, EG believe he can post results, they pay him more. How is it naive to go to a team who are going to remunerate him better?

Did MrBitter get removed because of his casting? Or is he just taking a lunch break or something? It would suck if it was the former.

There exists medication to 'manually' control your sleeping schedule, which I heard helps a lot. You just need to have the discipline to wake up at the same time as your Korean schedule would be. However, I don't know how plausible this is with time zones or the IEM playing times. It seems they don't every tournament you get the same complaints from Koreans. Also if they really cared about it. They would send them in a few days before the event started. Not the evening before.

People have been posting that picture a lot (well, with IdrA) but it seriously annoys me. AN HALLUCINATION! NOT A HALLUCATION! FDSJLDJGFDSKGJ! You're wrong. No, he's right. According to English grammar rules, the letter h at the start of words counts as a vowel. Just like it's proper to write 'an history' even though it's pronounced 'a history' depending on whether the speaker chooses to enunciate the n. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_articles#Discrimination_between_a_and_anNot really, that is only the case for silent h. It is not really proper to say "an house" I edited my post. I'm not wrong, the english language is.
But it doesn't sound better...You pronounce the h, it doesn't make sense to have an when you pronounce the h in hallucination. It is not proper to pronounce it "allucination".

''Top 3 control lol'', ''Huk is pathetic'', etc etc. Just dig up the old GSL threads and see how much hate there was towards Huk and soon after he won Dreamhack, everyone suddenly started loving him, then Homestory 3 and then the GSL/GSTL performances. Just comes to show how stupid some of you are. Hate when it's trendy, but as soon as EG.Huk wins something you will be all over him again. This is sad really.
He was hated mostly because he had a big mouth, like saying that he was going to crush everyone in tournament, then lose in pool. Then he made results, and look more mature (unless he said in hsc3 that naniwa doesn't count between him and mc).
Two days ago he left tl for money, and sold his soul to eg.
I'm not a huk hater, I don't like his choices but that doesn't concern myself, just explaining why there is so much hate on huk. I think too that his poor play in iem is just the consequence of traveling the world for 2 weeks now.

I am always rooting for players, I don't root for teams, I don't root for races. I really only care about the players themselves. Plenty. I rooted for Light all the way back in 08 when he played for MBC, and I continue to root for him now that he's on Woongjin. However, I'm somewhat of a bandwagoner, and I've become a fan of other players on Woongjin like Zero, and I've always liked MVP. Did you still root for Bisu after he switched to SKT?
The people who don't want others to show emotion or be anti-fans are a bit silly. Not only is it the way it works in every real sport (which actually makes it a good sign for SC2) but it's exactly how it's always worked on this site for BW and others. CJ fans reveled in FBH's losses, KTF fans wanted sAviOr to lose, etc. And some of the hate is blind, but he received a lot of criticism while he was still on Liquid as well.

The anti-fan is, of course, a necessary element in a sports scene. The anti-fan is fuel to the fire that rages around team sentiments and loyalties. Nothing gets a fanboy more excited than another person shooting down their beloved progamer. If you want to see just how many Jaedong fans there are on TL, just say something negative about him and watch the hate pour in. While negative dispositions are generally looked down upon, they shouldn't necessarily be discouraged. While watching Proleague is fun, watching Proleague while trashtalking fans of your opposing team in mIRC is a blast. Tagging up your name, making claims of absurd gravity, these wars between fanboys are really just in good fun. What are the things that make an anti-fan hate a progamer? Sometimes there is no reason, sometimes there are qualities a person have which you can't put your finger on. Boring play, bad attitude, looks, their rivalry with your favorite progamer, many things can contribute to this. I, of course, am a well-known Bisu anti-fan. I hate everything this man does. But what is the difference between hate and love? Regardless of how I feel about him, the fact is, I care about Bisu a lot. I care when he wins and I care when he loses. As an anti-fan, I hate to see him win, I dislike his team, I dislike the way he carries himself, his perfect looks. Is there a hint of jealousy? Maybe. Bisu is a gorgeous man, he's extremely successful, and a fantastically skilled player. His 3-0 humiliation of my lord and liege sAviOr doesn't help either. There is that invisible quality about him that attracts my negative sentiments. While I might talk alot of trash about Bisu, in all honesty I'd probably squeal like a korean schoolgirl (which I am at heart) and beg him for an autograph if our paths were to cross. StarCraft is a game and anti-fans are key players. As you delve further into the game, find a team you love, a player you worship, and hopefully a player you want nothing more for than retirement, your overall enjoyment of e-sports should improve. The anti-fan is the unsung part of the machine that is the BroodWar scene.
