Stay positive, be happy and enjoy the event. Caster bashing and player bashing? Too much whining? Uh-oh!

Let's not get too overconfident, Ukraine still has a lot of great players.

SarenS vs Sen G3 ...awesome, especially with Khaldor casting it. :D

I never really liked Khaldor's casting. Here he made an already epic game even more epic, though. Good job Khaldor!

No way, Canada and Germany are WAY better.

EDIT: but let's not start nationwars here

For a guy without an overly impressive TLPD and whom I've only seen play twice, SarenS has sure made a big impression on me. I still remember he took a game off of Bomber at Dreamhack Summer and now he beats Sen in a Bo3.

What? I think you are forgetting a few there.

Very nice performance by SarenS. He seems to understand the MU very well and has the micro/macro to back it up. I think Sen's critical mistake was trying to engage SarenS's siege tanks head on instead of bypassing them with drop and going right for his two side-bases before they were up and running with PFs.

Not sure about the roach choice from Sen but it is getting more popular due to the blue flame hellion trend. SarenS countered it well, though, with mass siege tanks, which simply DEMOLISHED the roaches.

Well, I would put Germany a bit ahead France, but that´s up to eachs opinion. It´s hard to argue since we were always friends and ally.

what Sarens? When did he suddenly catch up to the top-gamers again, I thought he was basicly gone.....impressive performance

He his steel there, mostly in french tournaments. But he has a full time job I think, so it's hard for him to play weekly cups and get visibility.

But, like you can see, he stays a very good player

Why have the French to be the only ones to show off every time one of them is doing great in a non-nation war tournament ? I rarely read a german or an american comment saying how his country is awesome after a random win.

US, Germany (and maybe Canada) > France in SC2

But very well played by Sarens

(Btw, I'm French)

SarenS reminds me a lot of Tarson; you don't necessarily hear much from him most of the time but when he shows up at LANs his play is always very solid.

Isn't Merz out already? Before MorroW vs Merz

MorroW - 2-0 (4-1)
Seiplo - 2-1 (4-3)
Merz - 1-1 (2-3)
Fuzer - 0-3 (3-6)

Even if Merz wins 2-1 against MorroW it would be:

MorroW - 2-1 (5-3)
Seiplo - 2-1 (4-3)
Merz - 2-1 (4-4)
Fuzer - 0-3 (3-6)
