He rushed, but he did a semi-allin, no turrets etc. reveals to us that he didn't plan for what could kill his build; If cloak banshees had come, he'd died instantly. They didnt have cloak, he survives abit longer. He lost the game by simply having nothing when Polt attacked with 1 tank, 1 maurader and 5 marines. A godamn bunker would've saved the gold.

A) This is such a silly statement. As if charisma/likability is something abstract that can be judged and is the same for everybody. Both have their fans, and just because you like one more than the other does not make it a universal rule. There's people who think MC is obnoxious and arrogant, others call him a boss and love how confident (or arrogant) he can be.
B) I thought MKP choked as well vs MMA, but there's still pages of people saying how awesome those games are. For the most part people seem to judge excitement only partially based on how close the games actually were. Often a more important factor seems to be that the one they root for wins.

The 50th I went to the 53rd and all I did literally was play WoW for 3 years so it's not as hard as it sounds (the school part). The GSL champion while at school is a cool but pretty dull story. And yeah, it's MMAs fault. But again, doesn't make for an exciting final.

It has more to do with him pretty much single handedly winning SlayerS 2 GSTL's than the MLG win.
Team Leagues are not individual leagues, and MLG was a competition between 5 Koreans. If Polt or NesTea or Mvp or anyone else were to have actually played in it who's to say that they wouldn't have won it? You can't hold an international event as an accomplishment in the Korean scene seeing as there were only 4 other Koreans there. That's why we have seperate TLPD sections. At MLG MMA beat Losira and July. That's it.
