I'm pissed off @NASL just like I was pissed off @MLG. The thing is, if they were doing a perfect job with everything that's WITHIN their control, i don't think the community will be as critical of them as it is right now.

You can catch the rebroadcast tomorrow morning/afternoon (9:00AM PDT) if things are fixed by then (which hopefully they should be) and the internet doesn't come back on by 11:00PM PDT tonight.

We're giving it until 11:00PM PDT (around 30 mins) to come up, otherwise we're just going to shut the stream down for the night, sorry guys. So you're going to provide these VODs for free then, right? some of us can't make the rebroadcast, and that wouldn't be fair

Why are you entitled to free VODs because you can't make the free rebroadcast?

I don't work for them, but the stream is the free product. You miss it, or it falls down, or "unfairness" happens, it's on you. Those who paid for the VODs get to watch, because they paid for the service. We are lowly free-loaders. Seriously... how dare you ask?

There have been stream issues ever since day one and it's already week eight with problems almost every night. Not saying they're lying about the ISP issue but we'd be much more forgiving if this hadn't already happened eight weeks in a row.

Second, if you're going to provide a free service, you do it right. Regardless of whether it was free or not, if they tell me that they are going to broadcast something and, for whatever reason, it doesn't happen, it's on them to still provide it. Corporations understand this. Even though it's free, it's a promise to it's viewership and a reflection on the company. If they say they're going to do something and they don't, that's not right.
