i dunno, i think theres a lot of ways zerg can use to beat toss lately. i think toss really need to learn a new way to play PvZ, at least for me, i find it hard to win a PvZ recently.

can someone tell me how the pros drop like that? it looks like a moving drop. do I have to select each overlord and click on the image of the unit inside and do this for all 10 overlords (for a 10 overlord drop)?

ah okay so i am only hallucinating when i have to:
  • Send Lings/Blings/Roaches/Infestors/Mutas from various different angles into the battle, paying attention to that Ling/Roach are first
  • Dont let my roaches clump because tanks own them
  • Make sure Banelings hit Marines and not Marauder/Thor/Tanks
  • Fungal with Infestors and move them back
  • Dont EVER let my mutas clump
  • Bonus: Inject or you will lose your next fight

And all that at the same time. Screw one up and you lose the fight or even the game. (Of course only if armies are equal)


zerg is still the most a-move friendly race in the game. sometimes protoss goes on par with them but most of the time toss can't a-move.

doesn't mean zerg mechanically takes less skill to play. actually requires more of that imo.

Actually if you have tried to a-move a gigantic clump of banes and zerglings into marine-tank and watched all of your banelings die while the Marines just run back, you'd know that you have no idea what you're talking about

? did I say one could a-move entires armies into tank death traps? I said *in general* zerg can a-move with less hassle than other races; doesn't mean you can always a-move and into the ridiculous situation you're painting up.

It's by far the most common ZvT situation which is the only matchup where Z can even think about a-moving, doing it vs P is certain death. Sigh I shouldn't bother.


Ace has a really really scary-looking army, I think that he is at an advantage right now. He most likely has a max-timing attack planned out or something like that. he's apparently switched into Immortal production instead of colossus because of the roach trheat. Fruitdealer is upgrading better and getting banelings, feels like banelings bombs.


ZvZ is the a-move matchup lol. Just have bigger army and better upgrades and a-move on! Losing? pull back then try again.

As for ZvT obviously you have to keep in mind the positioning/composition and size of the terran army (like every other race...) and then you can just A-move. Why? Because the necessary tools to break marine-siege tank requires next to no micro.

So fun when people who don't know how zerg works comment on how to fight as zerg XD

You do your a-move into seige tanks, please stream it as well so we can see your banelings run into tanks, it's hilarious.

The tool to breaking a small marine-seige tank push is great baneling micro. The tool to breaking a big marine-seige tank push is great baneling micro and great mutalisk micro at the same time, while the only thing the terran has to do is split marines.

Yet again I never said one can a-move into tank lines but once you find the right timing and position there are rooms for a-move once you actually target marines with the banelings, the mutas against siege tanks etc.

Zerg micro is mostly a reaction other races micro (that needs it) whose effectiveness actually relies on it.

In BW you hit 'u' and then left clicked on the dropship... I dunno.
