So you're saying Koreans are at SSJ2 right now and Chinese is at SSJ1 and if Chinese beats Koreans at SCII in WCG11, Koreans will go SSJ3 and Chinese will level up to SSJ2 because you know, Saiyans only get stronger after each battle?

Yeah and you just nerd the fuck out of me.

I think up next on the main stage will be the SCII semi and on the side stage is a SCII show match which was suppose to start like half an hour ago.
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Foreigners cannot compete with koreans when it comes to ZvP. Sorry

Nice BS comeback.

it's not BS. BS is stating that Sen, Ret, and Sheth are on the same level as Curious, Nestea, Losira, DRG, Coca. All of whom have 70% winrates in that MU or better

Well he did beat DRG, but DRG isn't too good on ZvP

So no, hero really hasn't beat any powerhouse ZvP player

DRG is inconsistent like wow.

HerO and PuMa still have to prove themselves against the heavy weights of Korea. K.

HerO needs to beat CoCa/MVP/MC

PuMa needs to beat CoCa/MVP/MC

Having to beat MVP is a bit unfair isn't it?

We can continue this when HerO beats them in Up/Downs or Code S/A

So...never?

lol you're cute

Up/Downs soon.

Don't worry you can see him lose to Dongraegu again even sooner in Blizzard Cup.

Can't wait son.

sc2 might not get big in china in a broad sense, but the competitive scene might get larger there

in that scenario, many pros could arise who wanted to take it seriously and they wouldnt care about the monetary price of sc2 if they were competitive spirited enough

That's untrue. I worked in Fudan University as research assistant and I could not describe the shock to see how many competitive DotA players were there in my lab

Students in university are pretty well-off, dude.

What makes you think China would end Korea's dominance in SC2 when the rest of the world combined can't?

He definitely was thinking Sky & Co. heisting Korean domination in WC3 days. Though Grubby was bonjwa in that game, Koreans, by and large, were the dominant force prior to Sky's surprise WCG win.

Korea still never took WC3 seriously, at least not like BW. The situation was made even worse with the map incident. I really don't see how China will "suddenly" overtake Korea in dominance when all the potential talent isn't even playing SC2 and Korea has hundreds of professionals in both BW/SC2.

If China ever dominates it would not just be because the game blew up there but because the game died in Korea.

it's not like korea is taking sc2 seriously.

the talent in sc2 is pretty damn mediocre, especially when you see full time team house pros like supernova and mkp getting manhandled by europeans who mainly play ladder.

Well, the RTS talent is split pretty heavily into SC1 still. There's more SC1 players than SC2 in Korea I'm pretty sure.

Not necessarily.

You haven't been following andaylin's posts have you?

MVP is best player but will lose to any protoss BECAUSE Protoss is imba and Terrans can never beat protoss, or rather a far worse protoss will almost always beat MVP because he plays terran.

I read his posts and I'm telling you anything can happen. In fact, I read every page of the LR.

Stop being a negative Nancy.

Im not negative I don't think MVP can beat anyone Andaylin has just been complaining about TvP the whole thread and thats why he said that mvp won when titan lost to xigua.

I would love to see MVP lose and watch a non-korean win especially if Kas takes the games.

XiGua should baneling bust him twice in a row.
