What about being up and nearly closing the tournament win in 2 games but opponents successfully takes it to the ace-match... if that's not reason for getting mentally broken down in a game, I don't know what is.

Everyone else just pales in comparison. this so much ... not only does he do the best job at conveying excitement but his understanding of the game is some of the best of any casters as well .... only time I have EVER enjoyed someone solo casting he didnt even miss a beat

When TSL3 started I was like Thorzain who?!? Talk about going from a almost nobody too a superstar in no time. Just hope he starts to perform better in tournament's where he can't prepare like this.

His macro fell during that first push (banking up to 2k minerals) and then he never went for forges or twilight councils. And like THorzain said. He also could have took an expansion after dealing massive damage with that Colossus harass. He was just too focused on winning that he didn't realize he still wasn't that far ahead. But how are you pinpointing this onto lag exactly? I mean he did play a lot worse than his usual self in the last game, but to say it was the lag's fault, especially before hearing what he has to say... All I'm saying is, you are really just making excuses for him, without anything to back it up.

I'm not sure if he'll do as well at MLG, since he seems like the sort that is especially good at preparing for matches. But I'll definitely be rooting for him.

A thanks to both players for such epic games. They're just frustrated. It's like Naniwa yelling at Chill, though obviously not on the same scale. This thread deserves 400 pages, if not 4000. This has been definitely had the most live viewers outside of Korea in the history of eSports. Like 67k? Pretty sure stuff like counterstrike has gotten more in the past, not an expert though.

He didn't even qualify for the semi finals at the Roadtokorea thingy. Still he would be good enough for Code A imo. that's irrelevant because he has lots of time for prep in GSL.

Double elimination provides for the best games the majority of the time. TSL is really lucky that they ended with a finals performance with two players who know how to play vs eachothers race. GSL (although you didn't mention it) was unlucky that InCa is complete shit vs zerg.
