So the typing in caps and telling Chill to "GET OUT" 3 or 4 times, compared to Thorzain just asking whats up or typing t.t is no proof that it effected one player more than the other?
Well, yeah, true. I guess the point is that they were both in the same situation.
Only caught the last game though But it was awesome Even the best organization cannot beat internet lag every time. It is a master onto itself.

The games are made epic by the commentators, give those games to amateur commentators and it would've been crap. It was a fantastic series but don't try to pull some bullshit like this saying it's horribly produced and commentated. TSL is one of the best productions in all of Starcraft, the energy level, consistency, reliability and comedy is unmatched and something to be admired. I really wish you were banned for this statement simply because it's so wrong and so useless but you probably won't be.
Do not feed the troll! Most of the time you should respect the opinion of fellow Liquidusers. In this case you have to realize when you see a retard posting and ignore it!
Thorzain and Naniwa, Chill and Day9 have made this the most entertaining Starcraft-Sunday i had this far. Keep it up!

Tbh I saw no hint of lag effecting either one. Don't get me wrong, it probably did effect them, but it was just not noticeable to the point, deciding which it effected more would be pretty silly. It's just good that all the times those spikes came, there was pretty much nothing going on. Naniwa is well known to have a bad temper. Losing 2 games in a row due to failed all-ins/aggressions + that lag would have really made him lose a lot of focus IMO. His macro fell during that first push (banking up to 2k minerals) and then he never went for forges or twilight councils. And like THorzain said. He also could have took an expansion after dealing massive damage with that Colossus harass. He was just too focused on winning that he didn't realize he still wasn't that far ahead.
Yeah, he banked all those minerals, but it was still pretty even. It didn't set him behind. Had he actually spent those resources he could've been more ahead. But still... I think he should've retook his third.

Day9 is the best caster, period. This series is proof. He doesn't miss a beat, he conveys excitement , he is not biased whatsoever. Everyone else just pales in comparison.

i thought you guys would be filming the guys with camera and stuff between games and sometime before games like they do in most lan events.
nice finals, both of them deserved the final spot and i was happy both of them showed pretty ok play even under the pressure

Wow... I play protoss... but i think Thorzain inspired me to play terran... gonna work on it now! but yeah... I only can think of "wow" .. day9's commentating was amazing, and it was too bad chill had to get out at the end but overall... this made me shout YEA!! after Thorzain clenched it at the end... (I was cheering for MC but yeah.. I saw how good Thorzain was) TL should recruit Thorzain and ship him off to korea! I think he would perform so well there!

lol. did they really forget about the raffle? can't blame them though haha

My disappointment can be summed up with 1 point: 1. No thors .... xD seriously though, it was an amazing series. I rooted for Tyler to win TSL2, and Thorzain for TSL3. SO far TSL has a good track record for pleasing final matches stupid nerf!

Shit, I've still got that picture of them just massing up their two armies and staring each other down on opposite sides of that field right before the end. Burned into my eyes forever as the most outrageously epic moment in SC2.

I think Boxer vs. Nada in GSL has to be highest. I could be wrong though.

That's your first post? I suggest you don't make another.

i said to myself at least 10 times, if thorzain won crossfire he'd win the last game.
Good job by thorzain to hold his nerve through the last 3 games.
sucks for me coz i was rooting for nani, nearly crowning 2 major tournaments. the series was so epic it really could've swung either way.

Holy shit, I can't wait for Columbus.

60k vievewers for the Finals are going to bring in some sweet sponsors

Now this is how a finals should be. Hope GSL takes note and tries to get some type of system in place to replicate a finals as good as this one.
Good job Thorzain and Naniwa, very good performance. Poor Day9 having to solo cast that last and epic game.

Thorzain's road to this title is so impressive. :D
