Drewbie tapped out in what was a friendly showmatch. This was not a tourney, nothing depended on it, there were no sponsors. There's nothing weird or unsportsmanlike about that. Get a life already people. | ||

Drewbie didn't simply forfeit the match in a polite way. He just started the game and attacked his CC without saying anything, then 1-2 minutes afterward he whispers to Endrey "ggs thx for showmatches" in all caps and then Endrey has to find new opponents for Goody cause Drewbie is too lazy to play or whatever. "there was no sponsor" such a stupid statement. The money is not coming from nowhere, Endrey gave Drewbie the opportunity to win 50 bucks and give us viewers a good show and Drewbie is just like "whatever don't care...". And Endrey -was- depending on Drewbie to play to give us a good show, that's totally disrespecting his hard work... I don't hate Drewbie now or anything, for me he's pretty neutral, but don't say he didn't do anything. | ||

I was a little disappointed and I do think that it was pretty silly behavior from Drewbie but you know who else feels that way? Drewbie, which is why he laid out an apology in this thread pretty quickly. He's clearly got a lot going on right now and while that doesn't excuse any bad behavior, it should at least allow for some understanding. Besides, over the last few weeks, Endrey has done nothing but praise Drewbie and generally his opponent's manner and politeness, he's always been friendly towards his opponents and open to things like new maps and time-filler series for fun. This time around, he was in a bit of a poor mindset and displayed some bad manner, alright, not cool, but he realized he messed up and apologized for it immediately afterwards. So let's put the pitchforks away and not bombard the guy with hatred for something he said sorry for, and something that honestly wasn't that big of a deal. Here's to hoping Drewbie can get back into face-crushing form again really soon. | ||
