What do you think would happen to that individual? Pretty sure his past reputation wouldn't help much, and the guy would probably be fired ore put on probation.
Just because Drewbie is a "pro gamer" doesn't mean he gets a get out of jail pass. Also, I'm honestly not very jealous of the pro gamer life. I know for sure if I had to play any game 7-8 hours a day every day, I'd get pretty sick of it.

depends on how we look at our achievements, in sc2 sure i dont have the time to be a progamer, the car i drive vs his car, the amount of money i make vs the amount of money he makes, im willing to be i come out ahead.
