Uh, it was pretty obvious why Nestea lost. Did you even see his third getting sniped? He lost EVERY DRONE THERE (about 10) and the hatch because he got caught with his pants down with about 8 zerglings against 2-3 rounds of +1 zealot and stalker warp-ins.

Nestea didn't scout the proxy pylon and over-droned. That's why he lost.

greedy how? it's the response to a forge FE... 2 base toss vs 2 base zerg = dead zerg unless he all ins... his third just got picked off by the proxy pylon pressure from lonecd which was a good response to the 3rd from nestea... so uh yeah.... dunno what you're smoking...

i was driving down the road this november eve and spotted a hitchhiker walking down the street. i pulled over and saw that it was only a tree. i uprooted it and put it in my trunk. do trees like marshmallow peeps? cause that's all i have and will have.

Nastea was gready took a quick 3rd base. thats why he lost and lovecd had nice blink macro so stop with the balance crap. If nestea had played safe this woulnt had happend

Funny you say that, when the protoss can forge fast expand and therefore is expected not be punished at all right, but a zerg player trying to capitalize on this "defensive' protoss build is being "greedy".

This game is so horrible for zergs right now. And seriously what tourney actually still has close spawns? MLG/TSL/IPL/GSL/NASL all have them removed.

Not NASL yet I'm pretty sure (unless it was the past day or so).

Well I say greedy because the toss was not going for colossus or anything high tech. He could of fought off the stalker aggression off two base.

Nestea would have won the second game very easily if he committed to the all-in. I'm not sure what stopped him. Last game, his lair tech was unreasonably slow and his mid-game scouting was poor. He was up 30 supply after losing his third but decided against poking at least?

His recent interview said he was withholding some strategies. I really don't feel like I saw the best games from him.

lol wut? He didn't mention Nestea being greedy anywhere. And he's right.. Blink stalkers > Muta.. Pretty sure you're the one smoking here.

That wasn't a strategic loss though. It was just him playing sloppy. Don't think Nestea thought he could lose against some random scrub from China. Well, that proved to be his undoing. At least he'll have more time to focus on GSL.

You don't get to play for WE and just be a random scrub.

Wrong but most zergs are greedy and onedimensional look at game 3 today copenhagen game morrow vs MC. MC did the usual build 3 gate into forge expand. standard. Morrow decide to go for fast baneling drops on his main and it worked perfectly. why? becuase it was unexpected.

Like i sayd so many times as soon zergs learn to play creative and stop being so goddam greedy and onedimensional they will have trouble..

.... you can't be serious....

if the protoss saw that he was on 2 base he would never have attacked with just blink stalkers and just ended up teching and macroing until he would end up way too far ahead for nestea to come back

that was not a greedy build when it's a very standard reaction to a forge FE

I don't think he lost on purpose. I just don't think he cared enough to prepare for these games or to reveal his best/standard builds.

I don't mean he lost on purpose. I mean that he played sloppy. His builds were fairly standard and could've worked. He just didn't execute them as well as he should have. For example, not scouting for proxies, over-droning, etc.

It's funny listening to SC2-games being casted in Edward Nortons voice.

I can't get over the similarity.
