He did win the kaspersky cup during the end of beta(it was pretty big back then) You seem to forget that he is from taiwan. It would be very hard for him to attend all those major european lan tournament like assembly dreamhack iem mlg(he was in the dallas final last year did ok lost to his teammate)pokeridol(tlo won it , Sen never lost a series against tlo if i remember).Nobody can say he is the best in the world only oGsmc can take that crown right now.
