if he wanted to have just the slightest chance of winning. he might as well just go and base trade and hit the natural or something. There was no way he can win that fight without corruptors going down the choke. Or he could have waited for spire as it was just completed and make a few corruptors and went all in anyway. No doubt he was in a very bad situation due to the failed roach aggression. But i still think that was a bad decision.

I've always thought of ZvT as Idra's best matchup. It's funny, Moon beat Squirtle with Hydra drops, which I remember Idra doing in the beta after the roach nerfs.

I'm pretty sure Idra knows what he's doing and the fact he committed to the engagement means that he had to prevent the third from going up. Obviously the decision to attack wasn't the best decision. He might have lost later on anyway if he instead decided to let the toss get his third base up, but we will never know.

He tries to make it sound like ZvP is completely broken when other players manage to win where he doesn't. Idra is the person having trouble beating Protoss players, not zergs in general. At least not so far in this tournament or in Assembly before it. The Protoss in Assembly obviously aren't as good as Korean Toss (PvZ). Had this been Socke vs Idra, he probably would've taken it, recall he did beat WhiteRa 2 days ago. I haven't seen any Zerg do well against the top Toss, particularly when they play well.

Moon has said he plays mostly on ladder the same as Idra because he only has 2 sc2 team mates and i dont think either of them play P I know lyn plays T not sure about Soccer. A lot of people assumed Moon would be bad but both Moon and Lyn have improved a lot now they are spending more time on SC2.

I say this as a Master's League toss, there have been so many games I've won on horizontal Shak against Z where I thought afterwards, "Man, thank god that map is so imba".
