![]() Was it really an all in? I didn't watch the games but according to the posts he did the same build in the first game... and transitioned out into a succesful late-game. I mean, doesn't that prove it was a thought out strategy? Or did he do something different in the second game?

First game in up/down is between a code A player and a 3rd place(in group stages) code S player. The winner of that goes to code S, the loser plays against a 4th place code S player. So the third place and the code A both get two chances to be in code S.

I wasn't paying attention much to the early game, so excuse me if I'm wrong, but I recall Artosis saying that July never even scouted the 2 rax at all. The only time he might've gotten a hint was when he saw the marines at the watchtower. Then he put down the baneling nest. Never saw the buildings at the top of the ramp.

I'm not gonna lie, that was super cute and awesome. It was almost as if he graduated from high school or something, like a "oh, our IdrA's leaving home!" moment.

Maybe all you Terrans should actually scout a bit or use an early scan instead of greedily assuming a bonus 200 minerals per 50 energy is just a given.
