Labbe Calm Down. Fair point made about July - in the first game, MVP thought July was gonna expand/drone up, but July went for an all-in, in the second game, MVP's build has probably not been so all in-ed by a zerg whether on ladder or in practice for a while... July must've known this and used it to his advantage. btw huge risks taken in both games for July

Even if this failed, I would've been interested to see if he could make it work again.. he just finds great timings for his attacks in these two games.

First game he knows that July is aggressive and is using banelings. The final attack should have had much less success if he had just sieged his tanks. Second game MVP knows bane bust is coming, doesnt react properly, is lifting barracks without a scout in front of his ramp, and is also going 2rax cc instead of a safer build against an allin.

Yeah July was an amazing zerg in SC1, but he's really not accomplished much of anything yet in SC2. Same with Boxer and Nada, and many other players who were good at SC1 who have switched over. He's not in the ro16 in the GSL, having just 2:0ed one of the, if not the best player in the world no way you're totally right he's soooo mediocre to be in the top 16 in the world with a race people agree is weak

He knew that banes are coming(judging from the bunker he was making), I don't know why he didn't prepare better. Also i'm not sure but did mvp scan at all?

July was popular and good in SC1, therefore people will blindly support anything he does in SC2. It's just how it is.
