You are probably aware that there were quiet a few people who had constant lag problems. The way I see it from people on IRC/Mumble this was mostly in some parts of Europe. We were getting massive lags even on the lowest settings. So for the next tournament consider using a different streaming site. There are several different sites, that have proven that they can master the number of viewers you attracted. You could at least allow restreams for areas where the stream doesn't work. Would it have hurt that much to leave Nony's stream on? Now we are stuck with a slideshow and can't watch the finals It is really a shame since this tournament is really worth watching.

Everything else was great though and I appreciate all the great work you have done.
