The reason you don't see "Artless" is because the "-less" part of "Tasteless" has less identity than "Taste-". There are plenty of words that end with the "-less" postfix whereas there's only a handful of words that start with "Taste-" and all of them are derived from same word.
The same thing could be said about using "-tosis" instead of "Art-". The "-tosis" part of his nickname has a lot more identity. If someone were to say "art" to you out of the blue, you probably wouldn't be reminded of "Artosis" in any way. However, you're probably more likely to think of "Artosis" if someone were to say "tosis".
"Tastosis" has much stronger identity of the two nicknames it combines than "Artless" does, even though "Artless" might be funnier. That's why "Tastosis" has become the name-combination that is in popular use.

I think this is probably the stupidest.
EDIT: I'm not trying to pick on your post in particular.

I guess TOP eliminated is a major upset for today. Cella, well, he played against Clide, so unfortunate.
I'm really curious to see this guy who beat TOP, who is he and what is he playing? I'm not a TOP fans, but I'm really curious anyway.
Well, hopefully Nada, Check, and Fruitdealer will all go through the Ro64, especially Nada

Tester is out, lost to Flint.

arm your imba cannons, flint takes it 2-0

WOW!

TOP not making it really shows how difficult it can be to qualify. Some people have been rather harsh towards Jinro and Haypro for not qualifying, which is rather unfair considering other names that have been knocked out.

oh my god no! Tester
