I don't know about you but 720p is plenty good enough for me. I'd rather see the vods a week earlier in 720p then wait for 1080. hell 480p is fine for me.

I totally agree with Azakron's criticism and I'd like to post myself some additions to that.

If you plan to do interviews with the players before and after each round then please let a person who knows a lot about the scene and keeps an eye on the players' actual perfomances do the interviews. Nothing bores more than all these "Please tell us your name. where u from? etc." questions. those facts should be given in a small text above the interview (like tsl). I would like to see questions like "Your latest results in the xyz and the abc where you lost to player1 0-3 have not been that good. It seems that you have been in a slump recently. What is the reason behind that and what is your plan to overcome this?"

another thing I'd like to see: Game-predictions by other players and commentators. some people may find this useless, in my opinion it's a great thing to hype up a game

...and maybe to let a player shine in a different light...imagine if there are 5 "experts" saying "Player 1 will beat the shit out of player2...3-0 ezpz" and player2 manages to win the game 3-2 by brilliant play.
The players are the ones who make the tournament interesting

The tournament was really well-run but it lacked a bit of coverage...imho it was not that outstanding and present as it could have been!
But I am sure that it is going to get better and better

Those questions are asked to serve as an introduction for the huge number of new people who are watching. There will be more new players joining the community with SC2 than there are existing players who play SC BW, a lot more.

Agree with that. Not to take away anything from HD or Husky. Amazing job so far and thanks a bunch! But if it were up to me, id accept lower quality, but faster vods over hq any day. Just giving my 2 cents!

So how did you manage to make the replays work ? Last i heard was a guy replying to me that is was impossible because you needed a working connection to a patch 12 bnet server :D Which i didn't believe so good to hear we can watch another match.

HDH, are you having heavy time constraints ? Work or something ? You seem really busy from let's say 1 month ago.

Haha, well They both have HD quality in their channels description (hell, in the name with HDsc!), so 1080p is sort of their thing. Let's chill - we've waited long, we surely can wait a while longer - especially for TLO v Nony.

BTW - in the end what worked? If you guys are going to release replay files, it might come in handy.

They likely wanted to upload the 3/4 match before 1/2, but the patch messed up that schedule. Likely to be uploading both at the same time in the next few days.

have TLO vs nony been played? such "random" players that 'd really like to watch (not saying that the finlas was EPIC!) havent seen any vods nor any announcements, as it was by luck that i caught the last three games of the finals =)
