Can you please not just copy and paste the tips, and actually correct their spelling or grammar? And some of them aren't really tips, while others can be made into a single point. I don't like how casual language is used so much in your tips. Looks very sloppy.

Banelings can autocast both burrow and "explode on buildings", afaik you can't use hotkeys for it but have to rightclick them both. Correct me if I am wrong, valcio. Oh, and having banelings on auto-unburrow could warrant a tip on its' own: Banelings on autoburrow will act like spider mines (kinda), which is nice if you don't have the micro/minimap awarance to check them. Sure, I will fix that tomorrow. I would appreciate if the posters themselves review their tips before posting. Note that I do not claim them to be "my" tips, and they aren't either. So you can't really either blame nor credit me for the tips themselves. Oh, and I actually corrected grammar etc. on some of them, but figured I wanted to keep the "censorship" down with respect for the authors.

86. When casting forcefields, don't f click f click f click. Instead, hold down f and place as many as you like.
Goes for other abilities as well, infested terran is one that comes to mind.

Sorry about that, it takes guts to censor people. It was funnier where it was originally posted (and back then our clan forums were internal only - now they are both public and partially english, so...). Anyway, you are absolutely right - I removed that and similar "tips" from the start and requested from the authors to provide substitutes. Otherwise, low-quality/unserious tips will be replaced by --- and later substitutes from double-posts.

Right click the button (on the bottom right) of the spell you want auto-casted


Believe shift+normal hotkey for the ability works as well, though it's been awhile since I tried that.

87. Zerg can proxy buildings in extreme situations by building a hatchery, then quickly cancel it then build your desired building on the 2x2 creep that is left over by the canceled hatch effectively building a tech structure off creep.

Hitting C returns the minerals/gas your worker currently holds. Always hit C when you are transferring workers or putting guys in gas so you don't lose the minerals your worker currently holds.

Does this video show what you mean? Got any better video? It works the same regardless if you press hold, stop, attackmove or attackclick, right? Hmmm... I can't really tell if this type of micro is being used at all in the video. If it is, it certainly isn't being utilized as effectively as possible. The trick works best with Hold Position as far as I know. Stop also seems to work, but there seems to be a slight delay caused before shooting with this function. Attack command works, but it is extremely tedious and, in my opinion, shouldn't be used unless you are attempting to focus fire a single unit. Attack move requires an additional click, and it can get tiresome.

This is a better video of the micro being used in-game. However, as you can see, the uploader is using attack move commands, and his Mutalisks aren't firing as quickly as they should.

when did it take 2 fg to kill zerglings.. zerglings have 35hp, fg does 36..if im not mistaken

91. Splash damage hits cloaked units even if you have no detection. You can attack your own reactor with your siege tank to kill the DTs, for example.

Regeneration. One health regenerates instantly as they take damage, and another before FG ends, thus they survive. There was alot of discussion about this when the FG patch hit, but those that tested it came to a different conclusion than loose theorycrafters: It takes more than one FG to kill lings (luckily).

92. Banelings with Explode can be used to kill a DT if you have no detection.
93. When using Neural Parasite, always shift-queue a move back command immediately after so that the infestor cant be targeted. Don't move back more than 14 range though.
94. Burrowed lings and Overlord creep is good for temporarily delaying expos. When used in conjunction it takes minutes before the expo can be taken.
95. Changelings aren't automatically targeted. Leaving 2 on opponents ramp with hold position will block it unless the changelings are manually targeted. If you're doing a drop. Moving the overlords on top of the changelings will make them hard to target and can buy you valuable seconds.
96. 1 fungal growth + 1 shot from an infested terran will kill a worker. They are great for worker harass.
97. When your worker line is being harassed by hellions, it's often better to attack and trap the hellions than to try to run away, as running away clumps them up.
98. The right, left and bottom edge of a hatcherys creep is just out of vision range. One can use that to build spine crawlers in a zvz. The hatchery will be just out of range though.
99. If you bring one queen along with a drop/nydrus, she can lay down multiple creep tumors on OL creep and force detection.
