This map has been said to be a little bit like Xel'Naga Caverns in a way. I see the particular similarity they are referring to (the golds); but I think the fact that the gold is more of a possible 4th than a possible 3rd and the fact that the golds are so much farther from each other than in XNC makes it makes it's base-covering aspect much more interesting (when considering how the rush distances start off a *tad* short and end up a *tad* longer in the end game (very unlike XNC)). Otherwise very well rounded. Cool shit IMO.
The proportions on this map are particularly good, everything is spaced out really well and the expansions are well placed. It's not particularly groundbreaking but good maps don't necessarily have to be.
I love how the middle of this map is nicely connected to each of the outer expansions- it has nice army positioning and troop movement. In general I think the first three or four expansions are laid out very well, but the fifth and sixth (corner expansions) are a little bit too close to the third and fourth, which seems to encourage turtling and mass expanding slightly too much in my opinion.
