Very good, close game. Seemed like nada quit too soon..., still had about 8mm in his base left, with 4 in his bunker.

Well IMO Twisted did it better than that guy. The queens had virtiually no effect on the game whereas twisted actually had an effect.

Wait, what? I'm sure twisted has done queens at least once since he's played, but I think you're mistaking him with Drone? Afterall, drone's the one who releases the replays. In this game, ensnare did help him win a couple of the earlier battles, giving him the lead pretty much throughout the game.

Hmm, didn't twisted release that replay like a couple weeks ago bout queens? Maybe I'm mistaken, anyways it was one of the tl guys I think is aka was eriador. Anyways the orginal part is that is that this guy did not use queens as well, because in every battle the terran did not lose all his rines at the end and was able to flee from the lurkers. The whole point with the ensnare is to get rid of terran's ability to hit and run with the rines and pick off lurkers and lings. He really didn't do that. Further, the earlier guy who posted used the ensnare so the terran would not do so much damage with the intitial contain army. Additionally, the tl guy used queens in tandem with defilers while this guy did not. I thought the most impressive thing in this guys arsenal was his constant expansion and his use of plague.

At the very least the ensnare had a pyschological effect on the terran, but I think it gave the zerg a tactical advantage as well.
Human teleportation, molecular decimation, breakdown and reformation is inherently purging. It makes a man acute.

I must agree with outcast on this. The queens had a very minimal effect on this game compared to how Eri uses them. To be honest, he probably would have won with or without them.

Negro please!

All I'm saying is I don't think they were very vital that game. He basically contained with lurkers till hive tech and went from there. The queens were useful but not pertinent to the victory.

nigga nigga all i'm saying is if the z had spent the money from those queens on extra lurkers, nada would have wrapped up this game in his first attack

ensnare basicly nullified some of the best m&m micro in the world, and then some. I remember thinking during that fight "wtf, if anyone can deny that ensnare was worth it's cost in this battle..."

naturally the first thing i read on TL... someone saying queens didn't do much =[ I wish I could create a small movie or even an animated GIF of that part of the replay i'm talking about. If anything it was defilers that didn't live up to their name in that game... he was doing much better with his queens

maybe queens didn't really do anything in the rest of the game though, but that doesn't matter at all.. the first battle is always really critical

and for the queen's price cost they really ain't supposed to do a whole lot... but they practically won the game that time. When's the last time you saw nada move out for the first time in a game (nothing went wrong up to this point for him) while the zerg is taking 2 expos and nada just gets completely waxed and pushed back into his base? seriously i was impressed

nada left the early game with his first attack broken, zerg 3 exps and 4th one coming up + hive tech. The only thing that kept him in the game was that the zerg player really lacked upgrades at the start (that was kinda sad) and well... he's nada. Just amazing how he manages to turn that catastrophic early game situation into a real game threatening to take the game away from the z player until the very end. This replay was a stunning spectacle!! maybe we can at least agree on that <3

Cuteboy isn't a terran user.. As a few people said, he plays zvt, zvp, tvz. His ZvP is by far his best match up. Someone said the zerg is too fast to be cuteboy, you're wrong. I know for a fact this is cuteboy, unless someone else was using his account and talked exactly like cuteboy talks, and knew me as well as cuteboy. They played several games, cuteboy won one of them, but he 9-pooled. I don't know which game this is.

EDIT: And i'm not sure, but from Twisted's description he seems to be under the impression cuteboy is Korean. His dad is, so he's half Korean I guess, but he lives in UAE and has his whole life.
Oh, and i'm not trying to sound like a know it all here, i'm just clarifying, i'm good friends with cuteboy so I know. It's really weird though, lately all of the replays being posted up here seem to be of my friends. Like BBia, a sudden influx of jjando and shudder games, and so on.
