One more week before the new Power ranking !
Here is Beamo's Pre-list :D :
1 - Savoir
No question here, he keeps dominating and he's even starting to show he can win changing his play style. I'm not a Savior fan but I must admit he's good.
2 - Casy
He hasn't played any TvP in a while so his stats are good ! Hasn't lost a game since the one vs Savior in Dual tournament
3 - Sea.Up
Still being impressive and original. Like his game vs Aqua with his vulture raids. He is 1-1 vs Nada in OSL and is one bo3 away from qualifying the next MSL. His last game vs Nada next week will tell us if he deserves this spot or not !
4 - Midas
Still strong but lost a few key games like the one in Proleague vs Pusan and his 1st game vs Savior.
5 - Bisu
Doing really well in MBC SL, His team on the Title
6 - July
He's back. He demonstrated very good games in Proleague defeating Xellos and Oov. If MBC got the title it's mostly thx to July in these last 2 matches. He also just qualified for the next MBC SL. The only shadow is his games vs Casy but that's not really the easiest fellow to beat in ZvT
7 - Nal_Ra
Still only a few games but his reavers vs Xellos where art 
8 - Zergman
No idea right now but he deserves that place 
9 - Iris
One of the strongest TvT's around and he just proved it qualifying for Ro8 in OSL. His team lost vs MBC but he was one of the 2 points aquired (with Savior...)
10 - Much
Lost his steam but is still in there like he showed us in his 1st game vs Gorush with his sexy proxy reaver.

Zergman- in form, winning, and beating hwasin earns him a rank imo
Bisu- everyone loves bisu, and he's in form! after trouncing anytime, he did lose to rainbow.. but has done well in MSL, beating light on terran friendly maps' so he'll get a low spot
Nada- perhaps will get a low spot, he has been informish lately and is doing reasonbly in OSL... his game against up will show us whether he will be in or out
Casy- In form, and strong.. should be going up imo
Julyzerg- Also inform, clinching essential games in team leagues as well as ripping up survivor atm, despite losing to casy
Goinggggg down!
Midas- sure, he's strong... but losing to PuSan and Savior recently surely must result in a slight fall, probably to 5~
Hwasin- sorry bud, your time in the sun is over imo
Light- slumping, and not quite the monster he was last month.. sea even played ace for him in finals.. and he lost his 2v2 game
Much- i think he'll be slipping, unless he wins against gorush
GGPlay- really needs to drop ;; imo

Pusan- losing against savior in a good game meant that he was K.O'd of MSL, meaning he doesnt get much game time, although he won a critical game against midas under pressure.. i think he deserves rank 9 or 10 on the this, but is capable of much much more (3 imo.. if he were in a league)
Nal_Ra- Etter's hate of ra means that he'll probably stay about the same as he is now..
Up- either going up! or going down.. however i think nada is just doing a sync, and will lose to up due to curse.. i think up's brilliance is nearing an end...
Superfight; the superfight will be the determining factor for alot of players imo, is pusan gets game time he probably will stay in the list (assuming he wins), as with alot of the players mentioned

There's no way Upmagic is going to be number 3, he might even be off the list. The more I watch his play the less impressed I am by it; I just don't think he's that good right now, definitely not top 3. I think people are giving him too much credit for creativity because they miss Boxer or something? At least you acknowledge savior is the best . When's the last time he lost a game other than that dumb one on Desert Fox against Bifrost? Yeah he rules.

Savior lost to Hwasin on Longinus2 and to Midas on HitchHiker
Up off the list ? Maybe not n°3 but clearly on the list. The only games he lost were vs Nada and now he's 1-1 and vs Shinwa but he still managed to get out of his MSL Survivor group.

My opinion on next PR... of course this weeks games will effect it but...
1- Savior. No need to Justify. Superfight says it all AGAIN.
2- Midas. WHat?!?! Midas LOST?!?! HOW?!?! O.. he swapped bases with Savior.. ok.. close, bad mistake. O... Pusan proxy reaver'd him and cheesed... damn... Midas is slipping... o wait.. no he's not.
3- Much - You are HOT man HOT. Rough brackets, but if he beats GR, then.. he faces elimination next from Midas or Savior... Still, it's so refreshing to see what is, in my eyes, a true protoss hope.
4- Casy - What can I say? He's staying true to my predictions.. He is at LEAST semi-finals this OSL. Undefeated so far in OSL, stay that way my baby boy~ <3<3
5- Iris. What? In a all terran OSL, you are gonna tell me #1 TvT isn't at least somewhere on the list?
6- Light - Whatever, you're a fag but you play good games... Just prove your TvT and TvZ to me. TvZ I still am doubtful of.. I mean, yay.. he crushed Chojja -_-;

Much #3 seems a bit high. Yes, he's hot, but he hasn't really played enough games this month to justify the #3 position. I'd actually put Casy on there, I can't believe I'm rating him higher than you are. :p
If you go only by results, Light hasn't done anything this month. Dropped out of OSL, lost his grand final 2v2, won vs Silver..., lost his series against Bisu.
If he's still on the list, it's because he did play well against Bisu, but #6 is definitely too high.
Iris definitely has to be on the list, he's awesome.
GGPlay's lucky if he's still on the list. He's definitely still top ten in skill, but his results haven't been too good.
You're forgetting Pusan. I dislike him too, and yes, he did fluke his way to a win against Midas, but you can't just ignore all his results.

I don't quite follow all the leagues closely enough to compile a complete and DJ-esque ranking, however based on his games vs Light I think Bisu has earned a place among recent well-to-doers. I really enjoy watching his play in the first-person; in a world comprised of flurries of commands and brief snippets of rapidly alternating perspectives, and where blinding speed is the norm, he's able to make me remark about his speed in the most astounding fashion.

1. sAviOr. Self explanatory.
2. Casy. He wins games. A lot.
3. Midas. He's still doing fine, but in the past month, not as inspiring. Some stupid losses in prroleague.
4. Zergman. Shut out Hwasin on imba T>Z maps? Wild.
5. Nal_rA. XellOs didn't stand a chance.
6. Much. He's the only toss in OSL left.
7. July. That dismantling of XellOs was enough, really, but his OSL games have been good too.
8. PuSan, for solid and consistent proleague play.
9. NaDa. Defeated the curse, played a killer TvT with all that BC stuff.
10. BoxeR, for bringing sexy back and being 2-0 with half as much practise time [if even that] as other progamers.
