Why isnt group A GoD? They have the best results excluding soO, the terran group's best results are all from innovation. Remember what they said about bomber? He will always disappoint, but there wont be anything disappointing if we have no expectations for him to make it past flash or innovation. It would only be a group of death if flash or innovation were both in jeopardy of not making it out, but they can definitely handle bomber and bbyong. Group A, however, has parting, a regular to the ro8 and even ro4 once, symbol as well, even the last runner up in WoL and showing as much strength in hots, and soulkey!!! He won code s last season!!! Ro4 season 1 finals. He beat innovation. How is that not a group of death????

Group A and B look quite strong. Group D is the group of all the players I didn't think would make it out of ro32.

Group B is good because 2 T will be eliminated so we will have better race balance in ro8. More different MU is better in my opinion. And probably the first season that we won't have 4 zergs in ro8 for 8 months.
Despite huge % of terrans advancing to ro16, ro8 race balance gonna be nice it seems.

Edit: Omg this Gwangali Beach! I really don't know what to think about this map

I don't think there are really any groups of death given these brackets. Groups A B and C consist of 2 proleague starters (Group A has 1 Ace(Soulkey), Group B has 2 Aces(Bogus,Flash), Group C has 1 Ace(Rain) and Group D is the group of rejects. Group A and B have clear favorites (SK,Parting and Bogus,Flash) while group C is somewhat up in the air (Rain probably a favorite to get first, Fantasy and First battle for second, Hyvaa sees if he can cheese anyone out). Group D is pretty lackluster maybe Trap and Supernova get out.

Kangho will be lucky to win a single map. I'll go one step further and say that if there are no patches, you'll have no Zerg left in ro 4, if the remaining Zerg gets a ZvT.

We'll see, but i feel like its more likely that Parting won't advance than KangHo will be crushed

he has the easiest group.
