You were the first ProGamer I saw at my first MLG. I was starstruck and could only wish you luck in a meek voice as you politely said thank you and walked into the venue.

You were the first foreigner hope. I thought you could take the GSL and even though you didn't I was exteremly proud of you and to watch you make history.

It's sad to see you go Jinro, but I have no doubt that you'll remember the best times you had as a progamer and that you know how much we cheered for you.

I'll never forget Liquid'Jinro.

Oh man, I'm crying. I have such fond memories of you, Jinro, from the start of professional starcraft 2. Things were so different back then. You and Idra being the best foreigners, the rivalry, the drama. Was amazing. Be proud of your achievments! And best of luck for the future, I hope you find what you are looking for.

I am actually quite sad. I always enjoyed watching Jinro's stream from time to time, and he was always one I was rooting for when he was in a tournament.

I just hope, from time to time, his 'Chinro smile pops into the camera view, maybe a game, here or there. There are players you hope will never truly retire - that cannot help themselves but to play a game in their part time - semi-pro.

Regardless, if you read this Jinro, I hope you do well at whatever you do. Stay grounded, seek your passion, and do what makes you happy.

You are the man that made professional e-sports entertaining to me Jinro, the only Terran player I ever cheered for to beat Protoss, and your game on Desert Oasis at MLG Dallas 2010 vs Socke was the game I enjoyed the most out of any game I've ever watched. I will miss the opportunity to watch you play and I wish you the best of luck wherever you go.
