He was there, proving that this game can be played to its best even with a low APM. Considering that, compared to pros, most amateur players' problem is, prima facie, their APM, Savior's very existence is their redemption... As to how much this scandal will destroy his fame, that's another question. I for one certainly will respect him, if at all, much less as I did before, but to say Nada or Oov's fame WAS comparable to Savior's is indeed like a joke. | ||

You seem to have missed most of what I wrote. I specifically claimed that both oov and NaDa (especially him), are almost comparable to boxer in regard to their fame status. Besides the selection of the Olympic relayers (of course they picked out the most popular ones, that were Boxer and Savior, not Nada or Oov), in 2009 there was a so-called Heritage Match of E-star. Those players involved were all picked up by fans themselves, and if I remember correctly either Savior or Boxer got most votes, and votes for Oov was just fractional to Savior's, and Nada was even fewer (appreciate if someone can find a link about this). At that time Savior has already fallen--become part of the heritage, indeed--so you can't explain this away by saying it's just because Savior was still 'active' at that moment. As to Stork and Nal_rA, first their APM is not as low as Savior's, second they were never dominant for a considerable period of time. Like Nada and Oov, they were not as popular as Savior, but for reasons that are much more easy to see. | ||

Just because I read his interview and was kinda touched by his drive to achieve success. I feel nothing about all the other bastards, especially Savior. I was on board the "savior will destroy everyone in 2009" bandwagon too. | ||

People won't just be able to forget that savior was at the heart of this. ACE Coach's official apology. Apologizes that someone in ACE has been linked to the scandals... nothing 'certain' about future of ACE has been set (apparently rumors of disbanding?). I, and the team would do our best for the remainder of the games... even if the next is the last. | ||
