I realize inactives still would hurt pretty badly and that bad players would still hurt too. My initial thoughts are with more even KP they wouldn't be as dramatic, but I can't say for sure. I dunno, I was throwing that out there. I don't see a priori how double lynch every day means the town is OP (obviously there would be more than 7 mafia in a 30 player game; basically I was suggesting taking a 15 player standard mafia game and scaling it up by doubling everything. I realize this doesn't work with every kind of game but I don't see how it automatically fails here) but maybe it is true. | ||

Then remember that the way the game goes, information exchanges, circles of trust, and people (in good games anyway) get confirmed mafia or townie depending on past actions. If you double the Mafia and add double lynches now you have more circles of trust that will be broken because now too many mafia can infiltrate. So you need to add more Townies now too  With town double lynching every day to compensate for their KP it's kind of a cop out for the town. Imagine any scenario where the Town has to resolve an argument between 2 conflicting roleclaims: fuck it, lynch em both. Now the Mafia has no incentive to ever really start these arguments which decreases their ability to confuse the town. You'd also have to just get rid of Vigilante type roles too v_v. To be honest though, TL Mafia games are not high level enough where you'd have so much of this stuff going on so MAYBE you could do it. I'm just trying to caution you that it's going to be very hard on the Mafia side if the town isn't collectively stupid. | ||

I think you once again assume that I really was trying to pay you much attention. Stop bitching and pay ATTENTION. I really wasn't trying to figure out all the Mafia because I noticed what was going on in the town and just gave up trying to make any sense of it myself. JeeJee and Elemenope are talking to me in Garena (DOTA chat) and explaining to me what's going on. I ask some questions, skim a few posts. I come to a conclusion. Thats it. Unlike most people that play the game I'll keep it 100% honest and point out any flaws people make, including myself. If you can't handle being called bad for playing like shit then maybe you shouldn't play any more Mafia games. Get lost if you're a quitter. | ||

The town as a whole had zero chance after day 4, seriously. The mafia should have just shut up and never said another word and we still would probably have lost because we were in a pretty much unwinnable situation unless both motbob and I could read minds. The only possible chance we had was having the best medic play ever after day 4. | ||

It's just really amazing that me talking to him = him making crazy plays = I sabotaged this game. Wow. Some people will really go so far to mask their own terrible decision making instead of standing back, looking at the game as a whole and deciding why they fucked up and why some things happened. Whatever, I have to go update my list on my computer of "people never to listen to in a Mafia game unless in dire need". RoL, nemy, Shityo, Foolishness, Incognito, like 8 more people too. This shit grows fast. | ||
